The food was typical Krystal. I had #3 which is 3 double Krystal's, large frie, and large Sprite. There were 2 cars in front of me and it took so long for the 1st car in line that I finally cut off my motor while I waited. Oh, and did I mention that the meal cost over $16?!?

Service is terrible. The order was wrong twice, and took twenty minutes give or take to finally get it. Though it was still wrong. I wanted a large drink, a large fry, cheese, extra ketchup, extra onion and pickle.

Why does everyone on night shift have such a bad attitude? They seem as if they take it as a personal attack when I ask for fresh fries. I have been VERY sick for a week hardly able to eat and I have went to Krystal’s the past THREE NIGHTS, no exaggeration, just trying to get a fresh chili cheese fries. I even ask at the menu if they could drop some fresh for me to save time and waste. Each time they have not been fresh and when I ask for new ones the attitude they give me sways me from it and I have just been getting refunds. Tonight I told the lady that I wanted to wait before I pay to make sure they are fresh because of the trouble I’ve been having and she scoffed in our faces and rolled her eyes at us. I hardly go here at all as it is but I won’t bother again.

This Krystal is always awesome. The mature adult staff always friendly and helpful. The food is typical Krystal but the friendly service makes it special. My grandkids love it.
I ordered 24 cheese krystals among other items and received 24 krystals with no cheese instead and no receipt for the order either. The rest of the order was made correctly. Can someone please explain how hard it is to make an order correctly?

Cheese Krystals was exactly as ordered and they even give 10 percent military discount. Better than other Krystals in the area. Came back for more the next day and order was correct and food was excellent.
