If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolutely awful service, food is never “hot and ready”. 45 minutes to an hour wait every time I order from here. Sat for over 45 minutes waiting on 3 pizzas after being told 15-20 minutes. Turns out our order was given to the wrong people then they completely forgot about us. I pulled back through the drive through and they wanted to give us other people’s orders that they either got wrong or had left over. We requested a refund then left. I will not be returning and the staff needs a refresher on how to read orders.

I go here to the one in Lafayette about once a week. For the past SEVERAL MONTHS, I’ve had to wait 15 to 30 minutes for even a cheese pizza. They never have anything hot and ready.

My first time to order at night, i didn't know the door is close by 9pm and they only take orders on drive thru window... the service crew point me to go to the drive thru window which is just about 3 to 4 steps from the main door. So I went to order at the window, but instead of getting my order, the crew said, I have to order with my car 🙄😐😑 So, When I got into my car and go to the drive thru window, to order... that's when the service crew told me that there is no available cooked pizza and need to wait about 20 to 25 minutes 🤨🥴😵💫 He should told me that before hand... instead of giving me instruction to get into my car first before I will order... poor customer service🙁😟☹️

1st and last time I eat here arrived to order food and was told 10-15min. I waited the time stated and came back then was told the same another 10-15 min then they asked the name for the order they never took it to start.. my advice try papa johns across the street pricy maybe but, at least the pizza is fresh and service don't make you leave scratching your head.. I even got there when the parking lot was empty.

Had no pizza or breadsticks ready and told it would be 45 mins for a pepperoni and there was nobody in the building waiting. And 3 workers just standing around. The person walking out as I was walking in was told they weren't making pizzas. It was only 830!!

I wanted an item that should've been hot and ready. But with free bread sticks, I can wait 10 mins for fresh pizza. Manger was really super sorry for not having the items I wanted. Store is clean, outside was very clean. I'll be returning in the future. Staff is super friendly.

Sometimes (more times than not) it can take longer for them to cook your pizza than you could cook it at home. The app does not always tell you when your pizza is ready. I have only had two cashiers/servers have a pleasant personality. I think if they had more staff it would make a major difference.
I love the crew of young folks who work at this great little pizza shop. They are so friendly and they get along with each other better than most families do. They take great pride in making the best pizzas around. Much better than that nameless place across the street
