I did a curbside pick up and sat there for a while I believe I told the girl like 20 mins and she said hold on put the phone done and started to talk crap she ain't been sitting out there for no 20 mins here get this order out I mean just going on I mean cool talk your crap I really don't care but I mean you might want to do it where the customer can't hear you just a suggestion but I won't ever come back here. Went in and ordered 2 large big Mac meals, 2 McChickens and 2 cheese burgers. Very nice lady who was getting the order put together but definitely seemed overwhelmed. Ordered was a to go order but was sitting on a tray with the fries for about 10 min. When she brought the tray I explained it was a to go order. She was very polite and bagged the order up, problem is when I got home the fries were barely Luke warm and soggy plus the two cheese burgers were not in the bag.

The food was awful and expensive. I ordered an egg McMuffin and the ham on it was slightly bigger than a half a dollar. The hash brown tasted freezer burnt and was fried in old oil. The best part of this meal was the coffee. I paid $7.12 for this. Never again. McDonald's should be ashamed of itself themselves

Since the monitors are at mcdonalds you can't get an employee to even hardly look toward the counter. A lot of people(older) have issues with them. What happen to having a person greet and take orders?

If the staff at McDonald’s will quit playing all the time and get the damn orders right Maybe we wouldn’t have to use up all our gas driving back to get our food. Y’all need to get management in there that will actually manage a store now make it a day care. All I ever see is people playing and talking and never Getting orders right
Fast drive thru but my very expensive coffee tasted like crap. I'm not even trying to be mean but prices are getting too high for them to not try to make stuff taste worth it. I ordered a caramel iced coffee and it was watery tasting and not much caramel flavor at all. I'm sure there is a specific amount of pumps things are supposed to get or whatever but I'm also sure the official McDonald's recipe for a caramel iced coffee isn't supposed to be that bland and watery. I have worked food service and fast food before and I can tell that this was the fault of the person who made it and not that of the menu items recipe. Work on that. I wouldn't be so harsh if prices weren't stupid crazy and I understand that my local McDonald's can't control prices but they sure as hell can make sure that the food quality matches. I don't get to get out and buy little drinks very often so this was supposed to be a treat. It was not good.

Had to wait in a long line in the drive thru, got my food and it wasn't even what I ordered. Big price difference in what I got vs what I paid for. Ya, I should of checked my bag before I came all the way home but in my opinion, they should just know how to do they're job.

Went through the drive-through this morning and was greeted with a lot of smiles, and everyone was in a great mood this morning. We ordered the chicken biscuits and whoever made them this morning seemed like they went above and beyond!
