Every time I order food from here it's always messed up.I add stuff to my front paste.Pay for the extra and never get it
This is one of the few McDonald's locations left in the region that still offers a clean and professional atmosphere with freshly cooked food. The staff have always been kind and helpful.
If you’re anywhere near LaFayette, Georgia, and you pull up to the McDonald’s drive-thru, PRAY that Haley is the one taking your order! From the moment she speaks, you can tell she’s not just another fast-food worker—she’s the kind of person who brings light into your day.
Polite? Check.
Fast? Check.
Actually sounds like she likes her job? DOUBLE CHECK.
Haley didn’t just hand me my order—she owned it. She repeated everything back with clarity, made sure the order was right, and even offered sauce suggestions that I didn’t know I needed in my life (hello, sweet & sour with nuggets—THANK YOU, HALEY).
When I got to the window, she greeted me with a smile so bright it made the golden arches shine a little bolder. She handed me my bag like she was proud of it—and you know what? She should be. Every item was correct, fresh, and fast. It felt like service the way it used to be before everything got rushed and robotic.
Haley deserves a raise, a shoutout, and maybe her own billboard:
“Come hungry. Leave happy. Ask for Haley.”
McDonald’s—you better hang onto this girl. She’s gold.

Food was good. Wish the fries were hotter! Lol.
I ordered a chicken mcgriddle add cheese and received a spicy Mcchicken with cheese not once but twice and was lied to by the manager who said they don't have spicy chicken in the morning... did

I had the most wonderful Customer Service going through the Drive thru. The Sweet Lady taking the money. I wish I knew her Name. She just made my whole day!!! 😁
Ordered through the app and that wasn’t an issue. My issue was when I pulled up to the second window they say me there for a bit and they said they were waiting on my nuggets to cook. The only thing in my entire order was made fresh was my drink. Not to mention the hamburger happy meal I ordered for my daughter, I had ordered with ketchup and cheese only. The sticker stating that was even on the wrapper, so why on earth would you add onions and a pickle? Fries were cold, nuggets were hard and super chewy like they had been sitting out. McChicken was chewy like the nuggets. Do better yall…
I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald’s while picking up a DoorDash order. I arrived early, but the food was just sitting there, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. I noticed two employees—one a young girl with dark hair in a ponytail and the other a manager in all black—talking amongst themselves and ignoring me, despite me asking multiple times for assistance. At one point, I overheard them saying, “Who’s going to bag this?” while smiling and not making any effort to help.
In addition, I saw other employees in the back drinking drinks, playing on their cell phones, and laughing while the restaurant got busy. It’s clear that they were not focused on doing their jobs or assisting customers. It was extremely frustrating to watch, especially when there were at least eight other customers behind me, all waiting and getting ignored. The only thing they seemed to care about was the drive-thru, where there were plenty of employees working.
I waited for 31 minutes before I gave up and walked out without the order, as no one would acknowledge my presence. Whoever owns this franchise really needs to pay attention to how this restaurant is being run. It’s obvious that the management is not holding employees accountable, and customers are paying the price. This location needs serious improvement to ensure employees actually do their jobs and treat customers with respect.
I’m not the type of person to write a bad review unless something like this happens repeatedly, and unfortunately, it happens all the time during the afternoon shift. The morning shift is always smooth, but after that shift leaves, the service completely falls apart. It’s incredibly disappointing, and I hope the management addresses this ongoing issue.
It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get an order at a FAST food restaurant! Maybe you should hire people that are interested in working instead of running their mouths.
I places my mobile order like I do. My husband goes to pick it up for me because I’m very sick. He tells them my order number and waits for over 20 mins. They said there is no order. I call and take with the manager Alyssa, she said since my phone is not there I have to check ready for my pick up. I’ve never had to do that before. And I’ve had others pick my food up before, all they do is give the order number. I ask if this is new? She said no. I’m on my app and there is not a place saying that. No one helped my husband, they made him wait and wait. He had to ask again. Still no one helped him. So I had to call. This McDonalds has gone down hill fast and it’s crap. The foods not fresh anymore the service is bad. They need to get rid of the lazy workers and get new workers in there that will do their damn job and fresh food. App deleted, my family and I will never come here again.
