McDonald's is just garbage because corporate does not care about the customer. The owners don't care either, and the employees, why would they care. They get paid serving garbage if you even get your food. Go through the drive thru, and they park you curbside. Order online for curbside and sit there for 40 mins or longer while nobody is working on your order period. I'm done with McDonald's. You will never get another dollar out of me at any location.

You cannot walk into the store and get any help with ordering or picking up an order or anything at all.The kid that works up at the front is so rude and so lazy. They only focus on tge drive thru and not the customers that come into their restaurant

Great people work here, never had a rude employee. Drinks might get messed up here and there but tonight... Ordered some cheeseburgers a mcdouble and a McChicken with pickles.. the 2 cheeseburgers I got were covered in pepper and salt. When I say covered the whole bottom bun was coated in pepper and salt. If they are supposed to be made like that then frick it. I ain't ordering anymore food from McDonald's. Tea is highly delicious though.

Ordered breakfast at 3:53 was told to pull up to wait for the hash browns. At 4:10 I couldn’t wait anymore and left without my food. $8 for nothing but a drink.

It used to be great but, the last few weeks I've stopped in there's always an issue from,"we can't take cards, the wait is long or we can't take orders. I go unto work at 4am and stop by there for biscuit and tea and these last few weeks have been horrible. Just my opinion

Went through the drive-thru on a Friday evening and this was one of the best McDonald's experiences ever! The food was hot, the fry boxes were packed full and the workers were very nice and enthusiastic about their work. They even wrote a note on our receipt letting us know to have a great day. They just made us feel good and acted like they were glad we were their customers. If we are in the Lafayette area, we would gladly eat there again!
