Best in town everythings made to order you wont find nothing better from Lafayette to ringgold as far as im concerned.

Stopped here after work craving some nice Chinese-American food. I'm not going to critique the decor because it's not what you come to these little mom and pop eateries for and there's only so much an owner can do with a little space like that anyway. With that said, I didn't have any issues interacting with the staff while ordering - they were great. For a small Chinese place in Lafayette (I'm amazed I actually found one), you could do much worse. The House Lo Mein is really good especially if you don't think to hard about the source of the ingredients. The Sesame Chicken was not as crispy as I've had at some of these places but bear in mind it sat in the car for a minute on the drive home; the flavor was on point - sweet, savory, and smooth. Same with the egg rolls, and the broccoli and rice that came with the chicken did their job fine (hard to screw those up). The only real disappointment was the Crab Rangoon and the Fried Noodles - while the flavor of both was fine, the texture was gnarly - honestly almost cardboard-like on both. They just felt stale like they were coming right up on their expiration date or the bag they came in got left open. Not sure I would get those again.Either way, as I said, for a ma and pop shop in a strip mall, you could do much worse. If you have a taste for it, this is still a reasonable place to go for the price.
Fried rice, egg drop soup, General Tzo chicken, and egg roll were all good. The soup was not as hot, well, it wasn't hot at all, but did have a good flavor. The chicken for the lemon chicken was very good. The lemon sauce, however, was served on the side and more like a broth but slight lemon flavor.

First time ordering, normally order from Ming Moon. The fried dumplings were good, General Tso's chicken wasn't spicey and the batter on the chicken was stale and chewy, House fried rice had very little meat, Pork egg rolls tasted a bit strange, and my favorite thing Crab Rangoon had very little filling and the pastry was chewy.

I am totally disappointed. I ordered last night and I was told my total was $47.00 and then asked to give them my card because they do not have a card swipe machine.. once I got home and saw my bank statement, they had charged me not the $47 I was told, they took out almost $60. When I called them I was told that he added a tip for himself for taking my order.. I have been going here for years and never had this happen. I will never go back.. I mean seriously who gives themselves a $13.00 tip.... wow... it's ashamed, the food is good..

Pros:Food was hotCons:crab ragoon had little to no filling in them and where hard as a rock,The combination platter (paid an extra $3 for extra chicken ordering online) instead of an extra container or something with the chicken they cut down on the rice in the meal
