The older guy thats in there is great, some of the employees there are cool too but it's mostly a lousy experience when you don't get the decent 3 people there. One manager said they wouldn't make door dash orders until the door dasher showed up and asked them to make it. Making dashers and customers wait for some verbal confirmation when you already have the order is crazy and slows things down. Don't know if it's still like that. Don't really care.

Ordered a Crunchwrap and Cantina Burrito box for delivery through the Taco Bell app. The sealed bag only contained a Crunchwrap. I tried to call the store several times but no answer. I drove to the Taco Bell to retrieve my missing items and was told it was not their problem it was door dashes problem, even though I’m sure they are the reason my items are missing and not door dash. They would not give me my missing items nor refund me any money. Absolutely no help at all. Will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again.

Called 8/29/25 around 10 some girl claiming she was a manager answered with an attitude saying she knew she made the food wrong and she wouldn’t replace it since she didn’t care
I would much rather place my order to a human at the counter than at a awipe screen. Please!

My boyfriend's nanny her and her granddaughter ordered stuff from there and her granddaughter ordered no lettuce on her tacos and got them. And his nanny found 3 HAIRS in all of her chalupas and she almost threw up because there was HAIRS in her food!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The people who work here are genuinely incompetent. Every single order I have gotten this year have been incorrect, which is strange because years prior I didn't have anything wrong. They keep putting random junk onto my food, and I'm not even making adjustments to anything I order. Not to mention, the food is always understuffed or in awkward proportions, or half of the order is for some reason cold. I can guarantee you'll have a better experience eating at any fast food place in town except for here. (Despite some of the places being incredibly slow)
