I would much rather place my order to a human at the counter than at a awipe screen. Please!

My boyfriend's nanny her and her granddaughter ordered stuff from there and her granddaughter ordered no lettuce on her tacos and got them. And his nanny found 3 HAIRS in all of her chalupas and she almost threw up because there was HAIRS in her food!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The people who work here are genuinely incompetent. Every single order I have gotten this year have been incorrect, which is strange because years prior I didn't have anything wrong. They keep putting random junk onto my food, and I'm not even making adjustments to anything I order. Not to mention, the food is always understuffed or in awkward proportions, or half of the order is for some reason cold. I can guarantee you'll have a better experience eating at any fast food place in town except for here. (Despite some of the places being incredibly slow)

Nacho fries were cold and not fully cooked. Had to pop them in the air fryer to finish them through. The cheese was piping hot but the fries were cold and taste like they've been under the warmer for awhile even though they weren't fully cooked on the Inside.

If there was a 0 that's what I would have rated the taco pizzas I just purchased. The shells taste like some kind of chemical left a weird taste in your mouth. Don't know if its old grease or what. Don't recommend them. The regular taco was fine.

Recently renovated so the interior is very fresh and pleasing to the eyes. Service is usually very quick unless there is a medium level of business, then it can often times be a bit of a wait to receive your food, even if you ordered ahead. Food is always of decent quality, as advertised, and is made neatly, hardly ever a mess to eat.
They completely messed up my $49.00 mobile order and when I let them know about it they offered me one free item… they completely burnt my quesadilla and ruined the whole order.

I have never been more dissatisfied with an order 30$ out the window and employees around 11:20 pm on June 25. Thought it was funny they messed our order up, even throwing attitude. We just left this store needs to be looked after

Absolutely terrible. Sat in line like for 30 minutes. Upon getting to the window to get my food I asked what the issue was. I looked inside and it wasn't for a lack of employees. The guy at the window said "we are struggling". Your guess is as good as mine. Upon getting my food I went home, looked in the bag and it was the wrong order. Drove back, got the correct order and upon getting home I had about 10 percent of the meat on each taco that I was supposed to have. I literally ate 3 soft taco shells and still felt hungry afterwards. They let me keep the wrong order but I don't like certain things from Taco Bell so that was also a waste. Had to eat something else after 50 minutes of trying to get my food and throwing my money away at this terrible place.
