My favorite restaurant! Best brisket around.

My wife, 15 month old daughter and I had lunch here today and it was amazing! We got the sampler platter and it was more than enough food for the three of us! The brisket is by far the best I’ve ever had and the ribs are amazing! I would highly recommend eating here! Bring your appetite, you’re going to need it!

I felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted with a "welcome, Friend". The food was awesome and the people were great. I had the pork ribs and my wife had the smoked chicken. I can't wait to take the kids when they come to town.

The best BBQ around. I live in Ringgold and have lived in Chattanooga and the BBQ is the best I have ever had! A person from Memphis recommended it to us. I was very impressed!

Delicious!! Had the 3-meat sampler and 3 sides as recommended by a regular customer. This was our first time. We were there @ 5 pm and stood outside 45 minutes b/f getting in the door and then 15 minutes inside b/f placing our order. Quite chilly outside but the food was outstanding. Definitely will go back.

I grew up in North Georgia and still own a business there, but have lived the last 40 years in Central Texas. I heard about this place from employees and friends and we actually used them to cater an event at our Rossville location. I made the 30 drive to check it out. They have absolutely nailed Central Texas brisket. I've been to many of the Texas Monthly top 50 joints. If you dropped this place and crew into Texas it would defiantly be a top 50.The owner and staff are super friendly, great sides, and a nice venue.
