Applebee's Grill + Bar

I just went there today. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had! Me, two of my family members, and my toddler son was literally the first people there! Yet, we were the last to eat! They had already brought out my son's food and one of my family member's sandwiches. Then about 30 minutes later,they came out and told us that they did not have the food to make me and my other family member's order,could we please order something else. After bringing us the menu again, it took an additional 30-45 minutes to bring us our new orders. By that time, three families had came in, gotten their orders, AND were waiting on their receipts. When I asked to speak to the manager, he acted like everything that just happened was normal and I shouldn't be upset.And when the bill came, we were charged for the meals we DID NOT receive and the new meals. Which led to an additional wait in order to fix the bill! I definitely would NOT recommend this particular Applebee's to anyone! The only good thing was the waitress.

Horrible customer service!!! Steak was not cooked to correct temperature... very over done. And our waitress was horrible.... and didn't know the difference between a cucumber and a zucchini. Only came to our table to take order and to give us our check. We had to get silverware from the girl who brought us food. It's Valentine's night and they were jamming out to rap music which was bad enough without having to watch our waitress 20 ft from us dancing and singing in her own little world. Will NEVER go here again! And BTW I'm a bartender and have been in the food and service industry for over 20 yrs. I am a huge tipper and for the first time EVER I left under $2. The place was nasty also... and so was my silverware which I had to clean myself because no one checked on us.

I went in for the drink special , Long Island iced tea for $1. I ended up getting the sirloin steak salad. The steak portion was very small for the money spent. The service was outstanding so I could go again. Perhaps I'll try something different next time.

NEVER GOING BaCK THERE AGAIN!!! The service is terrible.... when there on a Monday night when the building what empty. Service was slow and while I️ was trying to have a conversation with my husband, who was sitting right next to me, the bartender decided to start blaring rap music.... acting like it was her own personal club, and the worst part was the manager was allowing this to go on. When it came time to pay our waitress had no issue with rushing US.... and decided to stand over my husbands shoulder waiting for him to fill out the recipe. This is not the first time we have had issues with this place but thinking we would give it a second chance..... WRONG MOVE!!!! If you want to go to a place where you will be ignored, annoyed and have the worst dinner experience ever.... then this is your place!

It took 15 minutes before I was seated even though the restaurant was only half full and several employees walked right past us. The waiter remembered our order without writing it down and everything was correct when he brought it out to the table. We ordered the 2 for $25 but when we got the check, they had charged us full price for both entrees. So if you choose to eat here, examine the bill!

Pretty Good but it's nothing special. Food was decent enough and the atmosphere is decent. Suggest you go with friends it ups the enjoyment

This is the worst place to eat had 5 people in my party and to be squeezed in a both. Our waiter young black man walked by our table 5 times before we asked are you our waiter his response was oh y'all just get here no we have been here for 10 minutes. Ordered drinks asked for a kids menu I had to go get one waiter did not even bring the right drinks out. During our ordering of our food he was clicking his pen and looking around looking at other tables looking up in the roof so rude when we told him what we wanted had to repeat cause he was not even paying attention. I'm so thankful we don't live here said thing we are on vacation for my son's birthday 5th Birthday at that worst service ever never have been treated so awful they need to remember without us as customers they would not be open

I really wish that I could write a review without putting a star because this was an awful experience. My steak was extremely over cooked, they brought me the wrong food at least twice. Never refilled my drink, it was at least 10 minutes before someone stopped to even get our drink order and then probably 20 minutes before our actual server came to our table. It took an extremely long time for our food to come out and it just wasn't very good. The manger walked past us at least 5 times and never tried to see how we were, and when my server brought me the wrong food I asked for a manger and he came over and just wasn't very helpful at all. Service at Applebees is never that great, but this has probably been the worst yet.

The food here was good and the pricing was decent. However, service was slow but that's usual. Our waiter was really good, she was friendly and was smiling when she would take our order. Another good thing was how she came back often to check in our party and see if we needed anything. I would recommend visiting this Applebees.

Had to wait forever for a table when the whole left side was closed due to short staff. Received wrong flavor of boneless wings appetizer, ordered steak MED and got extra well done... mashed potatoes were cold and garlic green beans had no garlic whatsoever. And had a/c blowing on us the whole time. Shouldn't have paid but we did. Not sure if we'll be going back.

Poor service, didn't bring plates for appetizers (party of 4). Asked for mayo for hamburger, everyone at table was finished eating before they brought it to the table. Entree that I ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp included potatoes in that dish, potatoes never came even though they said they would bring them in a few minutes. Four tables of patrons that came in after us got their food long before we did. We arrived at the restaurant around four o'clock, maybe two tables were occupied at this time, it was not busy. There were no paper towels or soap in the ladies room, two customers alerted the waitress to this. Waitress we had was not a typical one acted as though we were not important enough to give us the customer service we were paying for. We weren't your typical 2 for $20 patrons our bill was 82.00. In addition computer was down and the bill had to be put in manually NO I will not dine with you EVER again. Longhorns is next door they can have my loyalty. If you want to make this right give me a gift card to Longhorns to make up for this horrible dining experience. My fiance and I stopped by here on our vacation and deeply regret ever stepping foot in the door. Our waitress was high on something and slow as molasses. We ordered the 2 for $25 deal, my fiance ordered the baby back ribs and I got the chicken and shrimp dish. When his ribs came out they were overcooked, dry, thin and burned to a crisp. I sent them back and they came back with some that looked a lot better. We finished dinner and left. The next morning my fiance woke up with food poisoning that he suffered through for 2 days! I highly recommend not eating at this restaurant. If you you are starving and in desperate need of food, then take the risk. Otherwise steer clear of this place. It will literally make you sick to your stomach.
