Banzai Japanese Steak House

My wife and I have enjoyed Bonzai for 20 years.Always got your money s worth and great food .Went last Thurs 6;00 .Only one other customer ,Served us quick some broth that neither of us could manage ,then lettuce salad with dressing that seemed to look and taste like Mayo only .Server turned on grill it was blue hot but still 25 minutes , no Chef We finally decided to leave and pay for what we were served.Manager said no charge , No excuses....Will be back when recent customers report that things are good again..They were the best and we hope they come back.
ALSO Ask for great cook and entertainment .

This place is soooooooooooooooo overpriced for mediocre food. Priced like fine dining but definitely doesn't offer that experience. Not a place i would frequent.

We were seated quickly then waited over an hour and a half for our meal to start being cooked. The food was meh. Our bill was 110.00 for 2 people. We are passing through and would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Start opening the doors for customers at 11:30 am like your door says. Over 20 minutes Standing there with my 1 year old that was hungry. Guess I’ll go spend 100$ somewhere else!

Came in on 4/9/25 a wensday. We are from out of town and it was my daughters birthday we were staying at the Waterpark an opted out of dinner there an to venture out and I'm so glad we did the food was 10/10 delicious and the chef was great very enjoyable experience.

It is going to take a while, BUT the food is really good and plentiful. The chef gives a cute show as he prepares. The wait service moves.

Always quality food, but pretty expensive. Near a $100 for two people that includes tip, but no alcoholic beverages.

The food and service was terrible! There were only 3 tables open yet it took 1.5 hours to get served. I have been going there for many years, today was my last visit.
