Service seems to be hit or miss. Our server gave us the mcdonalds style silent treatment and bristled at any requests where our neighbor table had a happy friendly guy making recommendations and actually caring about his table. The food quality met our already lowered expectations, its the best you’re gonna get here. Atmosphere is decent but noisy with the lobby right there. Reservations were very necessary the night we went, plenty of people were being turned away at the hostess podium.

Hidden fee of $20 per night, per vehicle for parking, making a paid parking lot keeps you from parking anywhere near for room. Bedding has red childrens hand prints on them which I didn't notice until our last day, no duvet cover, just extra flat sheets to act as a duvet cover, they advertise and sell pizza toppings that they don't have, and don't offer a partial refund or a new pizza when you get rubberized shredded chicken from the salad bar instead of crispy buffalo chicken, and the hot tub is broken which was the only thing I wanted on a cold day, I will not return, there are better places to visit, I will take my family to the wilderness resort next time.

Outstanding service from Emma! My mother struggled all day with a sore throat, and when we couldn’t find a liquor store for a Hot Toddy, Emma came through. Even though the restaurant was closed and cleaning up, she made the drink for us. Going the extra mile Emma sent us with extra honey and lemons for hot tea in the morning, and treated us with genuine care.
Having worked in the service industry for over a decade in the past, I can say this kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Emma turned a small moment into a wonderful experience. She’s a true credit to the lodge!

Alfredo was good and flavorful. Took a really long time to get to the table. Cornbread was very nearly cold by the time it made it. Restaurant wasn't even close to full and everything took an incredibly long time. Very dark at the table also.

This place looks amazing...but don't let that fool you! The food was horrible!! $80 for two adult and one child no alcohol just waters. The fries were over done, the bolognese was plain, and the chicken horrific. The chicken tenders were coated in thick breading and slimy film on the actual chicken. When we told the waiter about the chicken she said sorry, took the plate, and still charged us!
Save your money and go to McDonald's or get pizza...Do better Great Wolf Logde!!

Worst food ever , the new york strip like u went to dollar tree and bought for 1 buck then they sell it to u for 50 bucks, i drained over 100 bucks to experience the worst food ever!! Trust me mcds is better!!!

Was seated at 7:20. Took over 30 mins to receive appetizer, almost an hour for our food and two of the four orders were wrong. Had the chili like chicken bowl, which you thought would be full of flavor, was so bland. Only one of us received a refill on our drink. Table next to us came in 45 mins after we did and received their order before we did, ate, paid and left before we ever got our corrected orders! Would have been better off leaving the resort to go eat!

Such a wonderful place! Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and amazing service. A special thanks to Chef Jaryd! his passion and talent truly make this restaurant stand out. Every dish feels unique and full of love. Can’t wait to come back again with family and friends. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent. Our server was amazing. The food was plain and dry had no flavor very cold. Food looked appetizing, but was the complete opposite eat here if you want you might have a different experience

This place never lets me down the prices are a little high but the food is always really good. I got the steak and frites the steak was nice and juicy and the sauce was to die for. Jaiden was our server she was very sweet and on point with everything. Also the supervisor Emma absolutely went above and beyond! She was so nice and we really enjoyed the experience we will be back

Food was bland and warm, not hot, the kids tenders were not even appetizing. I ordered the short rib pasta and it has 0 flavor and the short rib tasted just like the ground meat and was barely there. I tried salt and pepper but that didnt even save the dish. I didnt eat it and gave it back to the kitchen. They eveb forgot one of my kids dishes that we had to ask the other staff members to get after 10 min of everyone else having their food. No one was wowed by any of the food except the cornbread lol that was decent... I also had no problem with my espresso martini, that was also tasty. I paid for my entire check even for my dish that I did not eat and vowed to never return again, next time we will doordash something.
