The fried chicken is the best I've ever eaten. The coating is excellent, and the chicken is juicy and tender. I always wondered why there was always a line there, when we would drive by. Now I know why.
Definitely not as good as it used to be. I know the economy is garbage right now, but the price I paid for my order was ridiculous for what I got. It makes me sad because I grew up eating Big Chic chicken and went there almost every Sunday when I was in college. I'm not saying I will not ever go back, but I won't be in a hurry. There are much better options for chicken in LaGrange. Also, the Big Chic in Manchester is much better.
The chicken is hot fresh and even though it is fried it is not greasy. It does not have a ton of breading on it. First time eating here. If I lived in the city I would eat here every day. Really really good. Highly
