they over charged my card and I want my refund 48.05 for some wings and fries is crazy, my bill was to be $24 as I was told.

Went on Dec 7th for my friend’s birthday and when I say absolute vibe I mean it. 10/10 on the drinks & food. Very grown and sexy. Will be back!

My experience was really both unprofessional and disappointing. We went to bliss on Sunday Nov 3 at 12pm weren’t aware you had to have reservations but was willing to wait so with our party of 8 decided to wait at the bar they informed us we could only order drinks until our table was ready we were also fine with. We waited until 2pm still no table and tables were empty the entire time. When we inquired about this they told us they hold reservations all day until the groups arrive and then they told us they were completely booked we could eat at the bar. Then the bartender said it would be another 30mins before we could order. When we ask for the manager he came over and was completely rude to us because we told him that this was not acceptable customer service and he said he didn’t want to speak to us anymore. So we paid for our drinks and left and went to another restaurant sad first experience there was so bad.

Most expensive jerk wings and drinks (2). $360 for a Friday night dinner because my window was busted out on their parking lot. Management was nowhere to be found. Bliss's security was very helpful with getting the glass out of my car, covering my door and working with the police to get video footage. He then stated that Bliss would cover the cost of replacing my window. Only to have them ignore my calls and texts. Had to drive all weekend with a broke window. Monday I was able to get my window replaced costing $310.
