When I purchase a meal and ask for ketchup give me ketchup. He hands me three packets and almost looks insulted when I tell him I need more than that. If they would CLEANN and fill the pump ketchup dispenser I wouldn’t have to ask. If you can’t give your customers ketchup could you at least clean a few tables??

This is a very clean place lots of room to park and everybody seems nice however a time or two I've gone there I have got cold food and the onion rings one time was soaked with grease and cold and I had to spit out the meat from breakfast several times the sausage was never done even though I ordered it every single time overdone extra done more than done crispy sausage and bacon and still the meat is never done
The food is the worst, it's kinda decent if you don't get mayo because for some reason this specific burger king uses SO MUCH

Food is a bit or miss every time, sometimes cold fries, sometimes badly put together, sometimes just okay. The whole restaurant smells like FEET. Do they ever clean? I hardly ever see anyone actually mopping or using soap anywhere. And that playground looks like it's gonna give someone pink eye hep c and coronavirus. It doesn't look like it's been wiped down or cleaned in years, the clear parts are smudged to hell and back, it reeks as all get out, and anytime Ive had to chase my child threw there there's old prices of food and caked dirt in the corners of the whole thing. I's rather drive across town to one of the ones with the outside playgrounds at this point.

IT WAS AWFUL. THE MANAGER ANSHA HAD A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE PLUS INSTEAD OF GIVEING ME MY ORDER WHICH WAS SITTING THERE. SHE STAY ON THE PHN WITH A PERSONAL CALL. SHE ALSO HAD ON A LARGE WIG WITH NO HAIR NET OR HAT.I JUST LOST MY ENTIRE APPITITE DUE TO HER ATTITUDE AND POOR WORK ETHICS
