I ordered the family bundle only to get home (7mins away) and find tht my burgers had absolutely no heat to them... and i had 1 and a half fries (was supposed to be 3) the half came in bc the fry box was only half full and no fries were in the bottom of the bag. So i calls the store and speak with the manager. She tells me "come get them". And i let her know that i wasnt driving back across town today other accommodations should be arranged. She hung up in my face. Need a new manager ill gladly step in... bc shes definitely not it!

If I could give a negative star on service I would. Down right hateful ..2nd time we have been inside (in about 3 weeks) and same RUDE manager(blonde hair, evening) ...employees yell and cuss at each other ! Dining room nasty and bathrooms nasty 8 pm .. only people here and people standing around. I could go on and on but you get the picture.....?☹️

Place is really dirty the floor is sticky all of the high chairs for kids have dried sticky soda on them manager seems extremely lazy which seems to be the problem with cleanliness…. My son loves the indoor playground is the only reason we come here to eat

I don’t know who that cashier was at the second window, but I don’t appreciate her attitude towards us today. She got a real bad attitude problem.I went through drive thru at 6:00 P.M. and she was rude at the speaker and was rushing my son and then was rude when we got to the window. I don’t know what her problem was but if she doesn’t want to work with the public she needs to get a factory job. I understand how it can be sometimes working in fast food I’ve done it all my life but what she wasn’t going to do is get rude with my husband and son that’s unacceptable.
Ordered 5 cones it took more than 10 minutes to get the cones and two shakes plus the ketchup dispenser is

Went through the drive thru this time. I had to pull up in the middle of the parking lot to wait ten minutes for my order of only hamburgers. It thought that having to wait for a hamburger at Burger King would not be so long. There were 3 cars behind me that got their orders right away and left before I was given my order. No, I don't use the app if there is one; I do not go often enough. This location does not give a military discount. The atmosphere is great for kids ... there is a play area and they were having a birthday party inside.

First of all the store smells horrible, to the point I had to get my food to go. They also got another customers order wrong and told them they'd have to place another order. Was a fat blond manager. Half the drinks were out in the machines and another customer was complaining about waiting for ice-cream for 30 minuts. Will never be at this bk again. Step the game up and properly prepare for business. Seems like this bk is ran by a bunch of clowns.
