No idea why thus location has less than 5 stars. Food is perfectly made. Service is excellent. The only fast food place in Lagrange that you can get a meal like it looks on the picture with kindness. They are doing all the things right.

Literly waited 35 plus mins with people honking to be given the wrong order...after specifying tonight that I need a PLAIN ONLY CHEESE AND BACON burger...get home and what do u know has tomato paste and mayo on it...wth bruv??? Some people have bad nights running shifts but what is going on at the burgerking by the exit 18? 7/26/25

Food was made made great and the staff was great. We had a great time.
We walked up to order and the young lady was very sweet, seemed new. The person in drive thru was yelling for a person in the back. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. We were giving our drink cups but they are very small and seemed different like the cup itself it was thicker. I asked the lady she said yes those are the small cups. I started getting my drink and realized it said careful hot contents as in it was a coffee cup. So I walk back up there and I told the baby I think this is the coffee cup I need the regular cup. The gentleman then turn around and fuss at her which was unnecessary because like I said she seemed new. And it was not a problem I just didn't want to waste the cups. When we got our food the fries were cold my, The fire guy in the back said there were fresh ones coming up. My son got a large fry and it was less than half full. The burger look like it had been made 30 minutes ago or more. The lady that ordered before us had two kids meals. The lady bagged her food and threw it on the counter and said I don't know where she went it'll just wait there. I told my son to go outside and let the lady know her food was ready. Every blue moon we stop at Burger King and we've never had a problem. It may have just been the time of day, late afternoon that we went.

They do not be open like they say they supposed to be open in the morning you get off from work and they still closed but people be in there in the job ain't getting done on the clock for a whole extra hour but no customers getting served

I went there in the morning to place an order during breakfast time. I went to the first window no one was there a lady came to the back but she never opened the window to take the money to pay for my order. I drove up to the second window (drive thru window) to pay. When I got there one of the cashiers a black woman with brown dread locks was rude about me not paying at the first window. I explained the situation and she never apologized for their mistake.
Overall it is rude and poor customer service at this Burger King.
