10/22/25 around 6:53pm I went to captainD’s 20/10 recommend people coming here Even though they was busy with uber eats & door dash orders they cooked my fish with perfection, employees great customer support best place to get food. Food perfection seasoned just right 20/10

This is the slowest ran Captain Ds I have ever been to. I have tried this location more than twice and same results every time. It takes 15 minutes to order and 20 more minutes to get the food. In the drive thru with only 2 cars in line…This is ridiculous.

After spending about 25 min in the drive thru- the lobster bites were awful- shrimp and fish were greasy and didn’t taste good- meanwhile 5 hrs later upset stomach - not worth the $13 I paid

Placed a mobile order that was estimated to be ready at 9:14pm. Got there at 9:08, and it took until 9:33 to get to the order window. Once there, the girl working opened the window and asked us for $25 for someone else's order. She didn't even try to see if she had the right customer. We told her twice we had a mobile order, so she rolled her eyes, then turned to grab it without another word. I wanted some tartar sauce, but she ignored us and shut the window. She had an attitude from the minute we got to the speaker box. If your employee can't pay attention to which orders are coming up next, she shouldn't be on the window. And if she can't handle being a decent human being and doing her job, she shouldn't be there, period.

Food a little overcooked. Building was old but clean.
Came in yesterday and it was only 2 people working. A cook and I think a manager working the front. The restaurant was packed but the manager was friendly and advised us that there would be a wait. When we finally got our food it was hot and fresh. Compliment to the young guy in the back cooking. He was alone but moving orders left and right.

My only down size was the fish. They changed from the original fish and you can tell. I actually asked the manager on shift and she explained to me and even offered another meal if I wanted. Long wait time but my food was fresh and hot 10/10 loved this location

Butterfly shrimp was too small to be called butterfly shrimp and the chicken dinner looked like chicken nuggets and the Cole slaw tasted like it had been sitting out for days and the corn on the cob was really really old we ended up throwing our food in the trash. Captain D’s used to be so good but now it is so horrible!!! We will not go back…

I'm from S.C. MY ORDER 44.67 I ordered 4 garlic shrimp and a 10 pieces of butterfly shrimp and a 3 piece catfish with fries and a corn on the cob. when I did receive my order it was not the correct order the food was thrown in the tray and I never received the butterfly shrimp. The fish was a half cook and the garlic shrimp was not what it was supposed to be. I worked hard for my mo ey if I wanted to give it away I would give it to someone who needed it I was so disappointed. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I'm still hungry and don't have any money to buy anymore food. It might would have been okay if the appearance was good but that also was terrible.
