I just moved back to Lagrange after 20+ years, I was so thrilled to see Charlie Joseph's still in business! We're going on 5 generations of my family who have had the pleasure of sitting at that counter! 🤍

Lunch, Saturday 9 August 2025. My first visit ever. Not dogs were wonderful and the service was superb. The Lemon Sour is I guess an acquired taste. A LaGrange regular will have to explain the mystery. Of note was the owners response when I realized after the fact that my Apple Card (they can be strange) had been charged twice. The owner recognized the problem and immediately prepared and mailed a check that more than covered the duplicate charge. We will go back.
Every person was friendly, at least 4 people checked and made sure we had already ordered.
We ordered 3 hot dogs / 3 cheeseburgers and we only waited about 8 minutes. They also had quite a bit of people in there too!
My picky children loved the cheeseburgers and I did too; Simple but made well!
