We had just left Great Wolf Lodge heading back home. So we stopped by around lunchtime. We ordered a 30 piece nugget meal. Majority of the chicken nuggets were extremely overcooked they were super crunchy. There was about 10 cooked properly. The large fries weren't full. They didn't give any sauces. Food was good. But this location is awful compared to others. Location opens at 630 and has the doors still locked for the dining room. Employees could visibly see and wouldn't unlock the door. The drive thru set up is worse than Spaghetti Junction. Now they do have limited space, but it's still horrendous.
My husband and I went through the drive thru with our 1 year old daughter for breakfast, before taking our order, I asked the employee for a menu and she said she doesn’t have one, so I asked if they had a banana on the menu for my baby and she laughed at me like I should’ve known they don’t have bananas. If she would’ve had a menu, I would’ve been able to see the options for what my baby could have. We don’t have Chick-fil-A where I’m from, it’s a very small town....
