It really pains me to even type this, but enough is enough. I’ve been loyal to this Chick-Fil-A management for as long as I can remember but enough is really enough. Me and my wife love this Chick-Fil-A, but they have MAJOR problems with their salads. Every time we have ordered a salad something is incorrect. Either the wrong type of chicken has been placed on there, or they forget the dressing, or they do not provide a fork. I think we have ordered a salad from this Chick-Fil-A 7 or 8 times and all but one of them has been incorrect.
It seems like the staff is more concerned with standing around talking to one another rather than customer service. At this point, incorrect orders are so frequent we are going to have to take our business to Chick-Fil-A’s parkway location.
Do better Chick-Fil-A.

The restaurant is very clean, and the servers are helpful. The tomatoes on my sandwich were translucent, but the lettuce was green and plentiful. I received sweet tea instead of unsweetened but was given a replacement when I asked. I was told I could not get a senior tea or senior meal. I have not encountered that before. I don’t mind paying something for a drink but think I should be able to receive a discount on that or my meal as a whole. I have to choose my dining options based on price in this economy, and my meal was $8.60 for a sandwich with no fries and a small tea..

I'm in town attending a cheer camp and placed a catering order for 18 8-nuggets meals. When another parent went to pick up the order, it couldn't be found because teammates weren't looking for a catering order. I also ordered a market salad with no blue cheese. There were NO sauces sent for the 18 8-count nugget meals for teenage girls. It looks like blue cheese was added to the salad (the sticker on the bag clearly has the instructions of no blue cheese) and then someone tried to pick it out but just stopped and my favorite part of the salad, the harvest nuts were not included. I have to place another catering order but will not place from this location. This is my first ever negative experience with a Chick-fil-A and it's very disappointing.
Great service went during the busiest time and everything was still very smooth great customer service

Some things were missing out of the bag and I had to pull around park and go insisted to get them. Not food just condiments and forks which I needed to eat my mac&cheese with. BTW Chick-fil-A has the Best mac&cheese. I was surprised. I didn't even know they served mac& cheese. Everything else other than the forgotten condiments was great and ordinarily I wouldn't say anything because I know how busy they get but that was the 2nd time in a row that happened and my grandfather was with me and he is in his eighties and he insisted on getting out and getting it for me even though I didn't want him to. Anyway we go there alot at least 2 times a week if not more it's just easier for him than cooking although I have offered to cook for him many many times.
