I like how they ignored me standing there for 5 minutes for my carry out, which was just one coffee. Maybe it’s because it was a reward order or i’m asian but it was not busy in there. Saw at least 5 people who walked past or in front of me, or had a conversation. Funny how a white lady began to wait behind me, after my 5 minutes of being invisible, they asked me what I wanted.

It’s Chick-fil-A. No surprises. Food is usually exactly what you expect. Occasionally they mess up the order. Occasionally it takes longer than it should. Friendly without popping up every time you put food in your mouth to ask questions. Drive-thru tends to be a touch slow at times but never bad enough to feel the need to complain because they generally acknowledge when there’s an issue. It would be nice if I could check-in on my app rather than at the drive-thru ordering board. Dinning room is too small. Bathrooms are poorly located forcing customers that have already eaten to break through the actively ordering line. Cramped parking lot.

Disappointed is an understatement. Since this location has opened my family and I have been coming once a week sometimes more, overlooking little mishaps here and there. Before this location we did not go to Chick-fil-A because they can portray good customer service but they do not exude hospitality at all. My son has disorders and conditions that affect his diet so we only get him grilled chicken barely ever fruit because we’ve had many problems with unclean and not fresh fruit but we have never complained or left reviews but frankly I am fed up with it all. I ordered breakfast at 10:25am, 5 minutes before breakfast ended and I did arrive to check in the drive thru at 10:31 I did not think it would be an issue because I assumed maybe they were going to be working on the order or atleast see the order when it was placed. Could be my bad could be a problem that the restaurant has all together. I wanted ONE spicy biscuit ONE not spicy and ONE grilled filet for my son because he can’t eat anything else. They said they can’t do the breakfast filet because it’s after the time and they would upcharge me $2 for a lunch grilled filet because it’s a little bigger…… okay. Why can I not receive grilled nuggets of equivalent price?? They also said they only had spicy biscuits so I did not even get what I wanted at all. I was already having a rough morning and so is my not even 2 year old but I didn’t want to take it out on them so I just said okay thanks I’ll just take what you give me. Also a mistake because maybe they were upset that THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE WHAT I WANTED and were focused on the wrong things because one of the spicy biscuits isn’t FULLY COOKED! With all that being said, we have no issue completely cutting Chick-fil-A out of our diet and our minds because there’s no consideration even a little. I only leave this review to let everyone know that sometimes things aren’t worth being said because everyone makes mistakes but too often and things that can cause illness or sickness is worth telling. I went before work ordered 2 Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich meal add bacon. I get to work opened the order and it was a plain chicken sandwich with bacon. I called them to let them know they got my order wrong and the only thing the lady said was that they didn't charge me for a deluxe sandwich. She didn't offer to make the wrong order right or anything like that and hung up. I thought Chick-fil-a was better than this but I guess not in LaGrange GA 🤨

We ordered two smokehouse barbecue bacon sandwiches for carry-out. Neither had bacon on them when we arrived at our place to eat. We called to tell the management that our sandwiches were incomplete, and had to leave a message on Friday evening. We received no response by closing time Saturday.

The two stars are because your employees are very friendly and the restaurant is clean. My family and I ordered three meals Two chicken nugget meals, and a spicy chicken sandwich meal and all of the food was cold. But what really grinds my gears is the spicy chicken sandwich was missing. So now all I have for dinner is a large Coke and fry. As a fat man I can never forgive you for that. I will not be back.
