Arrived at Chick-fil-A to pick up an order for a customer whose name was Chris C. I checked the online order shelf and did not see the order there. I waited for an employee to come to the front counter and ask for Chris C and was informed that the order had already been picked up by someone earlier. I called the doordash customer support to inform them. They asked me to ask if they could remake the order for the customer. A manager named Melissa (Shift Manager) came to the front and informed me that they would not be taking care of the customer by simply remaking the order. I explained to her that it wasn't the customer's fault that the order was given to the wrong person. It wasn't DoorDash's fault that the order was given to the wrong person. It was a mistake on Chick-fil-A's part that it was given to the wrong person. She simply agreed with me that it was their fault and said it's their policy not to remake the order in this case. So, the order was canceled due to the manager's decision not to take care of the customer due to a mistake by Chick-fil-A itself. I never would have thought I'd see Chick-fil-A not display the top-level customer service they are known for. I had just had the thought that hopefully they won't go down in service as they get bigger and more popular. But I guess it's already started. I have worked for Wendy's in highshool and managed Walmart, Fresh-N-Easy groceries, and Famous Footwear stores. I would have never handled this situation in this manner. Disappointing

I will not be purchasing anything else from this chic fil a, I gave the guy my money they scanned my app lost the money and my order I was late to work in nothing wasn’t done I will be using the other chic fil a from now on

Drove thru the new Chick•fil•A for lunch today. It was a good experience, once we found our way to the proper drive-thru entrance! Staff was collectively great. Smooth transaction. The food was ready, fast and hot! Perfect order, nothing missing. Big parking area and so easy to find. Thank you, Ckick•fil•A !Parking: Plenty of parking. Wide area, easy to navigate.
Before this chick-fil-a moved from Commerce ave, they were fantastic. However, since moving to Vernon Rd and being busier the service has been seriously lacking. I go once a week through the drive through by placing a mobile order. And EVERY single time something is wrong or missing from my order. This new location is not meeting the standard of Chick-Fil-A

3 times now my breakfast burrito has been cold. Feels like the cheese just came out of a freezer and it cools the rest of the burrito off. Poor food quality is why I stopped going to the old location on Commerce. Please get it
