Best chicken salad ever. They have numerous varieties. Chris, I believe is the manger- is uplifting and very professional. He makes you feel like family and welcoming w a big smile. A must try if you are in the Auburn area!!!

Great atmosphere food was delicious and healthy.

Please train your drive thru attendant properly. She rung up my food wrong and charged me double what I was supposed to pay. A single scoop is $10???

I’m extremely disappointed to say that I came thru here @ approximately 06:09P.M. On a Saturday and these girls were absolutely unprofessional and rude. I know who the GM is and will be having a conversation with him. You ladies screwed up tonight cause you got the right one this time. No lemonade of any kind and let me see with we have any cake….?. With the attitude given I’d say you need to find a new job.

This was a great little surprise! We’re traveling south on the 85 and stopped for Starbucks, but saw this Chick on the side of the road at the stop light so we thought we’d give her a a try! We’re happy we did! You should too!

Didn’t like the vibe of some of the employees.

Great sandwich shop with healthy options. I got a spicy chicken salad, broccoli salad, watermelon tea and chips for ~$14. Also came with a pickle spear and cookie.

This place constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY, messes up their orders and it’s gotten to a point of laughter. Whether it’s 3:30 on a Monday and you’re alone in the drive-thru or a lunch rush on the weekend, I can guarantee the order will be incorrect.The amount of times I’ve had to cook my own bacon at home, after being charged, or dispose of the bread to toast my own white bread (as asked and put on the receipt) and then move the contents over to a new sandwich is absolutely insane. Then we can talk about continuously running out of white bread at about 5-5:30, or the soup that's served so cold that the contents inside are too thick to even be put on the spoon (gross)- it's just consistent failures in all aspects of the operation that never end.This place is a 'Simple Concept' as they say, but one their employees struggle to attain- missing out on the “Superb Experience” they go on to advertise. I'm highly disappointed in the LaGrange location.

I never had chicken salad until I had Chicken Salad Chick. I always thought it was nasty by how it looked (picky I know) I started a job in Lagrange and the other employees were making an order for it and urged me to try it, hesitantly, I did. But it was no mistake it left a lasting impression. I love coming here for my lunch break. This place also has the best grapes! The grapes are so firm and perfect. Thanks for being great!
