Chicken Salad Chick

The prices have gotten ridiculous. A sandwich combo meal that was 8.99 is now over 12 dollars. That does not include a drink. Just not worth that much money.

I order via door dash about every two weeks, it amazing and I’ve never had a problem. But tonight I ordered a latte SWEET tea and got unsweetened, plus I ordered the white chocolates cake and didn’t get it. I’m not saying they didn’t put it into the bag I’m just saying I didn’t get it or sweet tea. But it won’t stop me from othering away plus I order it during the week when I work in LaGrange! Definitely recommend the one with pecans!

I ordered 2 meals they swapped the sandwiches. 1 was toasted the other was not. The soup was the lumpiest ever Yuck and the sweet tea was lightly sweetened. I paid almost $30 for this mess and I am not pleased. I don't care if it's closing time, do your best until the end.

Literally we can’t even have a decent chicken salad chick? I’ve been to multiple CSC locations and this one is by far the worst. I asked, “Can I have extra crackers.” The response was “there should be some in your box.” Great thanks. Not what I asked for. I avoid going here at all costs but sometimes with two kids is much easier pick up stuff in a drive thru.

I went threw the drive thru this evening the young lady had excellent customer service. My food was hot and fresh. I asked if the bacon could be left off my soup shr ensured that it wasnt on there. Thank you!!!

Best chicken salad ever. They have numerous varieties. Chris, I believe is the manger- is uplifting and very professional. He makes you feel like family and welcoming w a big smile. A must try if you are in the Auburn area!!!

Great atmosphere food was delicious and healthy.

Please train your drive thru attendant properly. She rung up my food wrong and charged me double what I was supposed to pay. A single scoop is $10???

I’m extremely disappointed to say that I came thru here @ approximately 06:09P.M. On a Saturday and these girls were absolutely unprofessional and rude. I know who the GM is and will be having a conversation with him. You ladies screwed up tonight cause you got the right one this time. No lemonade of any kind and let me see with we have any cake….?. With the attitude given I’d say you need to find a new job.

This was a great little surprise! We’re traveling south on the 85 and stopped for Starbucks, but saw this Chick on the side of the road at the stop light so we thought we’d give her a a try! We’re happy we did! You should too!
