I have been coming to China express for a long time. But thus was my last time ever eating there again. This was on 11/10/24 Around 8 or 9 p.m. I always get the cheese crabmeat, it was so bad I never took another bite! The egg rolls were cold and the rice had no taste at all. I had two more people with me and we all threw our food away. The servers had no gloves on and we visibly watched the man behind the register blow his nose and never washed his hands afterwards!!! Come on!!!!! If you complain they act like they don't know what your saying so it's use less. I heard a lady that came in after us ask the server behind the glass to wash her hands and why she didn't wear gloves, she did not respond to her. Please avoid this place. They are not practicing good hygiene or cleanliness and they are rude on top of all the badness!! DO NOT EAT HERE

I would say something nice...they are very RUDE. I can say it looks clean out front! People comes in your establishments and pays their hard earn money & you so rude! I know you can say thank you in English! Will not be returning!

I don't write reviews but here we are. Called about missing items in my order through Uber eats and the person I talked to claimed to not see the items on the order (which was half the order) and could not care less that the order was not complete. Terrible customer service and the food was absolutely not worth it. Stay away you can do better.

Just ordered food to only get home and find 3 pieces of hair in my daughter’s plate. I’m so disgusted and theyre on the phone acting as if they don’t understand me when I called in. You all should shut down immediately‼️

I came to visit my family and I will NEVER come back!! They had a nasty attitude, didn’t speak to you, and seemed impatient while you were making decisions on what to eat! Poor customer service!
On top of it all, they gave me the wrong food and had me pay extra! So when I came back to let them know they gave me the wrong food: No Apologies and I HAD TO ASK if I paid the right amount and THAT’S WHEN THEY GAVE ME A REFUND.
The food was good but I’ve had better before. They were stingy on the sauce as well.
I won’t be coming here ever! Even if it’s the last Chinese place in LaGrange!

SO glad I found this place! Got tired of the limited and spendy fare at the Great Wolf Lodge water park and realized this place was just 10 minutes north. The premade buffet prices are unbeatable. I fed my family of 5 for under $20, and everyone was happy with their food!
