They were out of chicken and steak. Waited over an hour with 7 others in line. When the food was finished they didn't start to serve anyone, the customers had to say something to them. There were 3 people behind the counter but only 1 working the counter. The other 2 were just standing around. Haven't been there since. It was a mess.

Excellent food! Customer service by Kaylee was outstanding!! She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was delicious but I will return because the customer service was top tier.

Good food, but service not so much. Went to the pick up window and found a sign telling customers to come in side because it's hot hot side. I thought air conditioning might not be working, no it was fine. That is horrible customer service.

I'm handicap. Can't walk and use mobile chair. I pull up to the drive thru window. Just to see a sign says will not open window due to the heat. I never in my life been to a drive thru place that won't open the window because they were hot. I tried to get their attention and waive my handicap sign. They still pointed me to walk inside. Couldn't even get service to atleast see if I had a issue or anything. I'm so disappointed in Lagrange Chipotle. I had to leave and hopefully get my money back. Loss for words

Ordered a delivery order and the order was never delivered. Customer service was not helpful at all. DoorDash who was delivering the order canceled after waiting for over an hour. DoorDash stated chipotle had given order to someone else. Chipotle gave me two free entrees but guess what, you can only use one per order. So I would pay twice the delivery fees because I can’t place the replacement order in a single order. This whole thing has made me never want to use this location or app for delivery orders.

They had an attitude,they gave us small portions of meat no utensils very sloppy when fixing food
I’m upset because why do they not have it to where you can call them. My order was wrong and I couldn’t call so I tried to use the app and instead of refunding me they gave me a entree I’m pregnant and it was my first time trying it and it was how I wanted it and is not longer something I was craving.
Probably one of the best chipotle we have been to in a long time! I just wish we lived closer because the one nearest us is constantly a 1 star!

I took my two grandchildren to Chipotle in Lagrange Georgia. All three of us got sick, Diarrhea and vomiting. I ended up missing a day of work it hit me so hard. I have never gotten sick like that before... Not only me but the grandkids as well.
