Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am always a great fan of chipotle, cheap and healthy option but it is so unfortunate that not only first time but second time their rice is half cooked. Staff did changed my food but for the customer like me this is hassle. I hope this location improves its quality of food and doesn’t compromise on cooking food. People might get sick due to uncooked food. They might go to health department to complain it.. a humble suggestion for the owner if he/she manages to see this review. Thank you

Ordered online and chose my time for pick up and I arrived after my pick up time, I even got a notification that it was ready and it was not even ready. They said it was because of the steak. Maybe ten minutes later, one cook started cooking steak for the burrito! That is not a good customer service!

The 3 woman working tonight are handling it the best they can and even tho they were out of stock on some things I still left happy. The girl with braces, I'm sorry for not getting your name but you're awesome!

The food was good, service is nothing to brag about, and I was disappointed in the portion for the price especially after saying something and the orders behind me were the corrections, not mine. Customer service is at an all time low and saying something didnt matter. As I tried to leave the exit door was locked. The worker did walk over and unlocked it and she could have thrown some of those less than concern workers right on out of it too. If it wasn't for the child with me, my money would have been spent elsewhere as it will be in the future.

Had an incredible customer service experience with Destinee & Mary. The cleanliness of this location is top-tier! It’s so refreshing to have happy staff member prepare your order and care. Very mindful, very demure.

I was a little weary by all the negative reviews, but I’ve been here twice recently and have had a great experience each time. The restaurant is clean, employees are pleasant and friendly, and the food is great. A lot of people like to complain just to complain, but I think they do a great job here.

Lagrange Ga gotta do better I just got a chipotle bowl and it was not good at all some isn’t right. It always taste like dish water or some but I am done they gotta do better .

Friendly staff and very clean restaurant ?

Manager was so kind. He brought us extra quesadillas and wiped down our chair. This was 10/10 experience.

When I recently placed an order, I didn’t get extra like I was told My bag was ripped, and my bowl wasn’t closed all the way properly. Whoever y’all have in front counter making the food please be mindful that you are making other people food. Stop being so stingy when people ask for extra on their bowl. That was very disrespectful.
