I want to give a huge shout-out to the Church’s Chicken in LaGrange, GA for their excellent customer service on the morning of November 1, 2025. After receiving horrible service at the Walmart deli in LaGrange, I was stressed and unsure if I’d be able to get the 50-piece chicken I needed for my event later that day.
Church’s Chicken truly saved the day! They had my full order hot, fresh, and ready right at 11 AM, just like I needed. The staff served me with a smile, were incredibly friendly, and made the entire experience quick and easy.
Thank you, Church’s, for stepping up when I needed it most. I will definitely be returning!

They were out of the 2 items I wanted but still ended up ordering food. I ordered some chicken tenders with potatoes and ocra and a side of chicken tenders for my fiancé. The ocra was not in the bag, my chicken tenders tasted like they had been sitting out for hours and my fiancé got chicken breast and drumstick instead of tenders.

Attitude from Reco and manager with blonde and black hair refused to give her name. The menu board in drivethru had wrong pricing and quantities and when it was mentioned to manager she was nasty and dismissive and refused to give her name. Terrible display for the management of the company. Then had the nerve to burn my bombers!

Added large okra to meal. Did not receive in drive thru. Mistakes happen but this is an ongoing problem at this location. Its not hard to just do your job correctly. I advise everyone to check your order before you pull off. Incompetence in fast food is at an all time high.

I went there once about five years ago and it was terrible. I ususlly go to KFC, but I was in there that night and the line was through the door. They were so backed up they weren't even taking orders. So, I thought, why not. I'll try Church's. maybe it has gotten better since it is still there. I was wrong. Its worse and they now charge you for it. I can see why KFC is so busy.
The staff is a bit rude. Maybe that's pushing it. They just weren't very friendly and they weren't busy.
The place isn't exactly clean, espcially if you make the mistake of using the bathrooms or glancing at the edges of the floors, counters or windows. Scary.
A gigantic issue is the prices. I ordered four pieces of chicken and two regular fries (no drinks) and our bill was over $25.00. Completely outrageous for small pieces of chicken that has little or no seasoning, and has more coating than meat. That coating was so thick I couldn't bite through it and meat that is tough and stringy. The fries were as limp as noodles and dripping with oil. I took them home, put them in the air fryer and poured out grease afterwards. I tasted one. So gross. I threw it all out in the yard for the crows and I think one of them gave me the finger.
I'm not great at making fried chicken, but I could throw it at the pan and it would taste better than this did.
I will never go back and it might be awhile before I eat fried chicken again. Yuck.
Had to pull around the building and wait waited for over 15 minutes. Had one simple order. They got my order wrong did not include my apple pie and got my drink wrong.

Used their app at 3pm for pick up at 4pm. Arrived at 4pm and my order didnt make it to the store yet. I was charged and have an email receipt. At 425pm finally the manager took my order again. Meantime, 10 employees at work, only 1 actually working. 5 costumers and 1 off duty employee receive their order, that arrived after me. If it wasnt that I paid, I would have went some where else.
