Stop hiring people that can’t do their job right, girl too busy tryna rush me out the drive thru and instead of giving me the right food I got a regular cheese burger instead of cheddar style, and cheese on my fries instead of chili fries. And only 5 cheese bites is diabolical, it’s okay tho I’m NOT going back.

Their food is good and affordable but how come my quesadillas only sometimes have quesodilla sauce when they're always supposed to have it and then if they don't and I ask for the quesodilla sauce on the side so I can dip my dry quesodilla I have to pay extra for it?? Just put it in the quesodilla to begin with like it's supposed to come :(

The manager tonight was incredibly rude and did not make my food correctly; refused to give me a refund and demanded I call a 1800 number. Businesses like these need to be shut down immediately as they violate consumer protection rights.

I was in line to order, and when I looked in the kitchen, I had to turn around and walk out. There’s no way that I would eat anything from the cook-out in Lagrange Georgia. It was completely filthy smelled like a grease pit that hasn’t been cleaned in months. That’s all I can say. The sad thing was watching how they were handling people’s to go orders.. if there was a way to give them negative stars, I would.

Absolutely disgusting. The ingredients in my shake were clearly out of date. It tasted curdled. I returned it and told the lady at the drive thru. She handed me another shake and it tasted the exact same.

The staff was extremely nice. They helped get a wallet back to a previous customer. They had great service and were very friendly.
Do NOT come here. I came here on July 4th and the lady taking orders was extremely rude and rushed us to order after telling us they were out of the item we’d originally wanted. When we pulled to the second window, after an immense wait mind you; the very same lady was manning the window as well. Other employees were loudly using very vulgar language and being argumentative with each other in the back. The cashier proceeded to yell something as we left, so we pulled back assuming she was talking to us. She very rudely informed us she wasn’t and was instead talking to a man in drive through without a car, which seems very hazardous. Corporate should definitely look into this location.

Quiet little place with some good burgers if you like sloppy food. They skimped me on the onion rings however the thick milkshake made up for it. If you get a milkshake also make sure you grab a spoon.
