Center cut ribs were not as tender as expected. There wasn’t any seasoning or smoked flavor on the ribs. Baked bean were ok sweet baked potatoes was decent.
Maybe today was an off day or a new cook.

I placed a very large order. 16 people received there orders with no issues. I had one slight complaint, food was so good I didn't have time to take a photo. The service was top notch, very attentive and knowledgeable. Morgan you rock!

My husband and I came in and placed a to-go order. One pork bbq sandwich and a pork bbq platter with baked beans and slaw. The order totaled $22.22. When the order was ready we had two pork sandwiches and one container each of baked beans and slaw. We told the lady what we had ordered and she took away one pork sandwich and gave us a small container of pork and charged us an additional $7.22. I have added a photo to show what $29.44 will get you.

Brisket felt like piece of rubber. Could not chew them down. Ham was good but others were mediocre.

A bit busy, but not too busy.
Had to wait a bit too long for tea refills.
Other than that, it was good.

I’m not saying I had a bad experience for my first time coming, however I got the bbq platter and my chopped pork was FULL of fat. The stew had HUGE chunks of tomatoes and I wasn’t to pleased with the baked beans. They seems rather bland. Over all customer service was fantastic.

Ordered a Smoked turkey sandwich. The sandwich was so SMALL, I thought it was a kids sandwich. The bread was burnt, no mayo, barely tomato and lettuce. This sandwich was $6.99? Ridiculous. Tasted awful, burnt. Will never order again. You don't deserve one star.

The BBQ wasn't seasoned well, very bland. The ribs were tough to eat and cooked too fast with burnt ends. We'll stick with Sonny's BBQ. There was a miscommunication about the dessert. The server was sweet, she brought out the other dessert I thought I had ordered the first time. When I looked at the dessert it was on the same plate because the first dessert was chocolate chess pie. Well, there was smeared chocolate still on the plate with the new dessert order!! NASTY AND IRRESPONSIBLE!! A total disregard for human decency. Plus the piece of pie looked like someone had stuck their finger in it. Guess the nasty ppl in the kitchen thought that they were getting over on me. NOT!!
The cashier had a bad attitude. Only thing decent about our experience was our sweet server. Hopefully, she'll up her skills so she won't have to work another night in this hells kitchen.

Two years ago I left a five star review for the brisket platter because it was delicious. I eat here often but the last couple of times that I have ordered the brisket platter it has been like trying to chew leather. I understand with inflation and the competitiveness of restaurants you're trying to make a profit. But I just paid $18 for some baked beans and potato salad. Seriously I could not chew the meat the more I chewed the more swelled up it became until I almost choked. I gave it to a stray cat. Hopefully he didn't die! Just to let you know I will never be back to country's barbecue to ever eat again.

The pork bbq platter was good. I had potato salad and brunswick stew for sides. My wife had the special, roast beef and mashed potatoes with black eyed peas. All the food was good. Lots to look at on the inside. Our server was very polite and the service was the best part.

I talked to the manager about nobody having on gloves, and he said the pit guy never wears gloves because the glove can melt onto the meat.. I mean, I guess I can accept that, but what about the kid walking around the back picking his face the whole time? What about the guy working the line, grabbing side dish bowls with his bare hands? I even watched him touch fries with his bare hands while they’re in a to go box. That’s gross! I even asked a waitress about it, and all she had to say was, “oh I never noticed they didn’t have on gloves.”
