The service was extremely slow, our server when we saw her was pleasant. Food came out an hour after we ordered cool as if it had been sitting for awhile. It's sad to see the decline of a once fantastic family friendly staple.

A little slow. Fair service. Meal good. Mashed potatoes the size of a silver dollar. (Small)
Stuck in opening corner of restaurant. Really should not be seated there. Funky spot!

Cracker Barrel is always good. The service here needs to improve but the food is awesome. Love the pancakes 🥞. They serve alcohol so that's a plus too.

We came in as a group of nine. We were seated within 20 minutes on Sunday. We waited to get our order taken. Three people got their food wining 30 minutes. Then 3 more people got their food within 15 minutes. The other3 meals didn't come until we said just forget it we are not staying. The others have finished their food. The manager was called and she came out to our table. No apologies, just offering to comp the food that was not brought out timely. This was not a good experience.

Who trained these people??? Hostess didn’t give enough menus nor silverware. Server was too busy in the back to check her tables. App was cold and stuck together. Couldn’t ask for refill on drinks until food came out cause my server was never on the floor then it took her another 15 minutes to bring that back while I guess I was suppose to eat my food with my hands like a cave man?? When the server finally came back I told her she can just take my food back cause it was cold cause I have no silverware to eat with…. Spoke to the manager on duty about the issues and she wanted to get an attitude and argue with me like I’m the problem. Owners need to start with management and clean house.

Two people one lunch one breakfast. Took over 5 minutes once seated to be recognized. Food marginally warm turned cold as we waited another 5 minutes for a bottle of ketchup. Overall time 1.5hours for meal. Not busy upon arrival plus seemed well staffed. Table next to us remained dirty while we were there. Yet other seating are staff cleared and cleaned. Ours was sticky upon arrival and had to request a cleaning. Appeared as if mgr just hung out around the kitchen and never moved. ALL staff appeared as if it was an effort to be there. Our server even walked slow, never refilling our empty drinks, took so much time for a simple request our lukewarm food grew cold. Worst experience ever at a CB.

Dietary restrictions: This location did not offer me a special menu as I have received at other CB.

Food was so tough you couldn't cut it. Server didn't bring out all of our order, she also got the orders wrong. We had to go find her to get our ticket to check out. The store wasn't that busy. Noting like paying for a meal that you leave on your plate. With the prices now a days, can't do that often. Will not be going back

The service was terribly slow. The fried apples needed more cinnamon. The gravy was a bit bland. The scrambled eggs were not cooked through. The sausage could of had more seasoning. The biscuits were awesome. The whole meal was just ok. A disappointment because I normally love Cracker Barrel.

Tonight was the worse!! The food was terrible, the kitchen was slow. We were there three hours to get food. The womens bathroom was in a mess (no toilet paper, Trash cans running over). There was a lot of workers, but not a lot of work , a lot of leaning, but not working, a lot of on phones, but not working. No one checking people out. People were frustrated with tonight’s service. We go every month and it is really sad that service and food was this bad. People must not want a job.

This is my second visit in recent months I have received my food before my silverware. Also received my appetizer the same time as my food. My chicken looked like it had been placed under the warm for a while. My mac & cheese was cold. The quality and service are both going down.

I placed an order online yesterday that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:47 pm. Upon arrival, the order was not ready. There were several others waiting on their order as well. It was 8 pm before the order was ready. This was an extreme inconvenience for me and my family. I was not offered any discounts or free food for this ridiculous wait time. The chicken was overcooked and rubbery, the hashbrown casserole was hard and crunchy and the biscuits were barely done. I will not be going back to the Cracker Barrel in LaGrange, GA for a really long time or maybe never.

Parking: Parking was OK, the food and service was the problem
