just a regular day going through the drive thru with my 72 yr old grandma that has a speech impediment as i speak to the staff thru the mic they were rude as hell. i was asked “ can the driver speak? “ well obviously not as im speaking. it was very rude i understand they mightve not been able to hear me very well but im also very pregnant climbing over my gma to order. definitely not a way to speak to your customers as i was trying to speak up so they could hear me better. needs better staff

The team here can't seem to follow simple instructions even right as you tell them something I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal they gave me 3 and the lady who took my order questioned whether or not that's what I ordered and made me show her my receipt then they gave me a whole extra 4 PC meal instead of just giving me 1 extra strip so that went to waste. We were passing through on the way back yo canton ga had a nother 2 hour drive ahead of us and asked to have our kids ice cream cones in a cup so we could leave, said it multiple times they even responded to it and still couldn't get the simplest thing right so we had to sit there even longer for the kids to eat their ice cream before we could get back on the road. This location appears to be quite a busy location so I can understand getting flustered every now and then through a rush but this team needs better training than an online academy review bring back up front face to face training u can't teach customer service through a training video.

I paid .79 for extra toppings I ordered 5 extra oreo's and 3 extra brownies and they didn't add ANY BROWNIES, and barely put any extra oreos. I paid $6.32 willingly for the toppings that I did not receive and $12 total for my medium blizzard. Beware this location will steal your money by not giving you what you order.

I ate at this location today. My chili dog tasted like cleaning supplies and my sprite tasted like Mildew. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Staff was very rude. Every time I asked for an ice cream they gave me more candy and than they did ice cream. The brownie for my cupfection was hard as a rock.

After a little visit and exploring the entire city of LaGrange I decided to stop by this place because I felt a bit hungry and I wanted to eat and cool myself off from the long walk. I was greeted by some very amazing and happy employees. They were very willing to take my order, and this isn't really common in reality but in this case this did not disappoint me one bit in terms of customer service. I got the Flamethrower Burger with a side of fries and a soft drink. The burger was delicious and fresh at best. That's all I can think of for the burger. The fries were very delicious and crispy! The soft drink wasn't watered down and yet the atmosphere was great. There wasn't one thing I can complain about about this location. All thanks to everyone being very cooperative with me today I will go back here.

Service staff is rude and generally not good. You sit in the drive thru forever watching them chit chat with their back to you for 10 minutes while waiting on a blizzard mini.

Ordered over $30 in ice cream. Got part of it they ask me to pull ahead and they will bring out the rest. Ok no big deal. 17 minutes later the first part of my order is melted and they bring out the rest and it’s not even right. When we told her this she simply said well what do you want me to do about it!
