I recently picked up an order from Domino’s at 107 Corporate Plaza Dr., LaGrange, GA, and everything went smoothly. I got a pepperoni pizza with light cheese, along with wings and garlic knots. The food was very good, and my order was ready right when I arrived. The staff were friendly and efficient, which made the experience even better. Overall, a solid and reliable visit.

Unreasonably slow service. Placed order online for pickup. Arrived at the store at schedule pickup time only to be told that it would be an additional 15 minutes. Then we actually waited at the store for over 30 minutes to pick up our order. This has happened multiple times to us at this particular location. Staff was friendly, but the wait time is unacceptable.

Horrible customer service and just nonchalant. I ordered a pizza and when I got there it wasn't ready and was told that I would need to drive around so the others in line could get their pizza, I did. It was 3 cars ahead and the first, 2 cars got their pizza pretty fast. The third car was very slow and I had to wait in line nearly 30mins and I couldn't get out of line. Spoke w/staff and no apology or nothing for my long wait. I will not be ordering again. Terrible service!!!

I ordered my pizza from the Corporate Plaza location in Lagrange, GA at 7:15pm and it is now 9:00pm and I still haven’t received it. I called the store at 8:15 and they said the delivery driver was on the way but I got a notification at 8:20 saying my pizza was just put in the oven. That’s absolutely ridiculous. If they were too busy they shouldn’t have accepted the order. Now my kids and I have waited 2 hours for pizza - so frustrating. The store is literally ten minutes away from me but I will definitely not be ordering from this location again.

I ordered our pizzas and the prep time started at 5:33 pm. My husband went to pick it up and was told at 5:56 that it would be 30 minutes before it was ready. He came back at 6:20 and they told him it would be another 20 minutes. He asked for the manager and he had a terrible attitude and just smirked at him when he was trying to explain what happened. We ended up canceling the order and getting a refund on our money. They said the reason was just because they had back to back to back orders. Very rude to us and we will not be going back!!!

We had the best experience tonight at the corporate plaza Dominos in LaGrange. We were so surprised and so excited to see Chris Rogers back at this location. He always has in years past when he worked here before and STILL DOES provide the absolute best customer service and is always so kind and going the extra mile to ensure our family is 100 percent taken care of. We hope to see him back here regularly, the kids were just over the moon when they saw him there tonight!!! It doesn’t get much better than Chris Rogers service and fresh pizza! Dominos is lucky to have such an incredible employee - one of a kind! DOMINOS you are lucky to have him, and we will be back much more often if we know Chris will be there working! It is the difference between a Chick-fil-A / Ritz Carlton level of customer service! Vs. McDonald’s when the ice cream machine is down ( today it was the slushee, milk shake, ice cream, AND frappe WERE ALL UNAVAILABLE) not one employee cared at all, although we waited in line for quite a while and that was actually the only thing we were there for..so a big waste of time. Epic fail. It is rare in Lagrange and the food industry in general, to find staff that genuinely care and show concern. Chris really cares and does his job to his very best ability ensuring 100 percent customer satisfaction! Corporate Plaza really needs someone with this same enthusiasm and care. we may just eat here after dance and ball practice every night! 10/10 recommend Chris Rogers and 10/10 think he should be a permanent fixture at Corporate Plaza! I think all the local patrons in this area that use this location would 100 percent agree! Please consider this request Dominos, thank you! 😊

Management and staff is so un organized. Delivery drivers won’t show up until two hours after expected. No person is ever on the same page have to go through the same thing every time if you got a store credit because no one communicates I’m assuming. Just get papa John’s don’t waste your money. Cheap pizza for shitty service and shitty food.

I ordered from this domino’s on corporate plaza in Lagrange and the pizza was cold and I ordered online carry out for window. I made order around 11:30 and pizza was ready fast but… drive thru had about 4 cars parked sitting and not being made to go around as usual and I backed up out the line and went to door to explain what I see that’s happening to get resolution and to think all the worker had to do was hand my order and let me pay for the inconvenience but I was told that I will have to get back in the line so I did like a fool then finally get to window in about 5 minutes and pizza cold and I asked the worker was it and he said yes probably so and I said this is unacceptable and he said they were backed up and alone him and a lady who came to window and started yelling at me so I said no way give my money back and it’s no way you can expect me to go for all this mess but anyways it was 12:10 leaving that place with nothing but the thought of how I hope no one else have to go through the bs to get a pizza from there! Rude lady, unacceptable behavior and absolutely worst customer service ever 🤬
