0 stars wasn’t an option or it would have been selected. We are on vacation and love Dominos at home so decided to get it for pizza night while we were away. WORSE SERVICE WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Waited 41 minutes after placing a mobile order. My husband was then told it would another 40 minutes. Another employee then approached him and stated the pizzas were in the oven. 15 minutes later he brought someone else’s order to my husband trying to act as though it was ours. Needless to say an hour and a half later our order was cancelled. If it wasn’t for the Dominos in our hometown we would never eat from there again. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Management and staff is so un organized. Delivery drivers won’t show up until two hours after expected. No person is ever on the same page have to go through the same thing every time if you got a store credit because no one communicates I’m assuming. Just get papa John’s don’t waste your money. Cheap pizza for shitty service and shitty food.

I ordered from this domino’s on corporate plaza in Lagrange and the pizza was cold and I ordered online carry out for window. I made order around 11:30 and pizza was ready fast but… drive thru had about 4 cars parked sitting and not being made to go around as usual and I backed up out the line and went to door to explain what I see that’s happening to get resolution and to think all the worker had to do was hand my order and let me pay for the inconvenience but I was told that I will have to get back in the line so I did like a fool then finally get to window in about 5 minutes and pizza cold and I asked the worker was it and he said yes probably so and I said this is unacceptable and he said they were backed up and alone him and a lady who came to window and started yelling at me so I said no way give my money back and it’s no way you can expect me to go for all this mess but anyways it was 12:10 leaving that place with nothing but the thought of how I hope no one else have to go through the bs to get a pizza from there! Rude lady, unacceptable behavior and absolutely worst customer service ever 🤬

My husband and I order online for a pick up. The order was made quickly, but the food was not up to par. The marinara bowl had nothing in it, like not even the tip of my spoon was covered as shown in the picture, I order this every time we eat dominos so I know this is not how it’s supposed to be. Our wings had no sauce on them. I don’t know what it is about this store but lately they are going back down hill. They did really well for a little bit when they got a new owner/manager, but I think he got ran off because customer service and food quality have greatly declined.
