I ordered a pizza and salad yesterday. It was absolutely terrible. It was like a below average frozen pizza. The toppings were sparse. And the classic tossed salad that I paid $7.99 for would cost maybe $4.00 at Kroger. It was prepackaged. Basically, store bought. And they forgot to give me the salad. Had to go back for it. Extremely disappointing experience. 🤷🏽♀️

This Domino's lost my business tonight. It should not take an hour and a half to start cooking your order. If you're that backed up at least give the customer a text or call to let them know. You show poor customer service. I recommend customers eat somewhere that cares about getting your order to you in a more timely fashion. It is now an hour and forty minutes of waiting.

The worst pizza place ever! The first time I order, they told me 10 minutes and it became 30 minutes. Peoples that order behind me get their pizza before me. It doesn’t make no sense at all. The second time that I came there, I placed an order. They told me 10-15 minutes, the peoples order behind me still got there before me. I was there 40 minute. I came up and asked one of the worker is my pizza done yet? They said yes, give me two minutes. I give them 5 minutes, and came up and asked again is my pizza done. They said they couldn’t find it so it just magically disappear?! It’s got legs and walked away? This is the last time never again.

The Roanoke location sucks. I'm not sure how, but their pizzas taste different than the other locations and that's not a good thing. I got desperate & tried ordering online, & that's the closest to me. I kept receiving error messages when trying to pay, I called the store to order over the phone and was told the are no delivery deals in store. I tried ordering carry out for the Corporate Plaza location, same error message, but somehow my card worked at Burger Kings drive thru, so clearly it wasn't insufficient funds. My card info is saved for all the times I order, so I didn't enter anything wrong either.

My food took almost an hour for 2 pizzas, and when I got it ....it wasn't done in the middle.....I had to put it in the oven when I got home....first time I had domino's in years and now I remember why I stopped eating it..

please let paying customers know if delivery is hour and half wait. quit changing tracker and when you deliver the food. please don't deliver a rotton salad. we are needing a refund on thos order!

The tracker never popped up so I waited 20 minutes before heading to pick up my pizza. Employee asked my name and walked off without a word. Upon entering my tracker loaded and said my pizza was being prepared. 20 minutes later it went in the oven. There are seven employees in the store that I can see and I can hear dishes moving around in the back. After telling the cashier my name I didn't think I had to check the tracker. She put the pizza under the warmer and didn't call out my name like she had when other orders were ready. So I was still waiting after my pizza was ready, after having waited 45 minutes for a single pepperoni pizza. I asked the cashier if my order was ready and she handed it to me without a word again. I asked her why I was waiting if it's her job to get the pizza to the customer. She shrugged. No apology, no explanation. I told her that that was her job and she got offended. I ordered extra marinara sauce and the pizza well done. Neither were followed and the robust tomato sauce was used as well.

Every time I order from this location they NEVER bring any of the sauces. I’ve paid for extra sauces numerous times and never receive them. No one wants to eat garlic bread without marinara.
