They never have anything on the menu at this location. They need to hire better workers asap. The employees they have now are lazy. They just be sitting around on their phone.

They never seem to have donuts...and if they do it's extremely limited in amounts as well as which ones they have. Even when it comes to other foods you can get at this location. Yesterday they closed around 5:30 pm. I was the last customer and all I could get was a drink. Not sure what's going on at this location...but company definitely losing lots money. If something doesn't drastically change I'm sure this location will be shutting down.... probably sooner rather than later.

Fran is amazing. I had to have my coffee remade I forgot to ask for decaf and she remade it for me. I so appreciate it.She was super nice and so welcoming.The store seemed very clean. Well a set up and the employees seemed to be very on it.I would stop again
While me and my sweet girlfriend were ordering our coffee and donuts. They were being very rude and were having trouble keeping up on what we were ordering. My girlfriend ordered 2 Boston cream donuts and when she bought it, they finally told us they didn't have it after she paid. And when we replaced them with chocolate donuts, we saw one donut was laying upside down on the bottom of the bag. Then when we were getting our coffee my girlfriend noticed that her coffee was missing her mocha swirl in her coffee which she clearly ordered and said what she wanted so we wanted it remade and they gave us the most inappropriate look at us for asking it to be made properly. And they still missed some ingredients to put in her order and she had more ice In it which she didn't want. These people act like untrained 5 year olds that don't know what they are doing and are not very nice people. Please don't waste your time with these hog goblins that won't serve you properly. You are going to be very disappointed. The food is good but their execution on service and how the order is served on what we want is extremely poor. Please shut this place down for good and discipline these morons.

No Boston cream donuts, nobody smiled, rude attitude from staff along with a dirty look when I asked them to fix my iced coffee and instead of fixing my order she filled it with ice and forgot the mocha swirl flavoring. Worst Dunkin' experience I ever had! Don't go here.

I accidentally pulled up to the first window as the order speaker is in an unnoticeable place, the girl at the window made it clear (with attitude) that I should order from the speaker, I apologized and offered to back up. She said she'd just take my order there, I was traveling, had left my hotel an hour before and this was this first Dunkin I came across, so I've had no coffee up to this point, I asked for light and extra sweet. What I got was a very disappointing cup of coffee not light not sweet enough and slightly burnt. Usually I love Dunkin but can not recommend this one. Poor service, bad atmosphere, nasty coffee. ?

Unfortunately we didn't get to order anything. They said they had a limited amount of donuts, which were mostly creme filled. They didn't have any munchkins either. I suppose it's possible someone came in and bought all they had. We'll try again next time we're in town.

We visit different Dunkins quite frequently. This is the second time we have been to this one and they tell us they have cold coffee but not hot coffee...that seems odd to me or do they just not wanting to make anymore. So we got our hot coffee from the JP Station next door.
