This place has gotten to be awful ever sense the Lafayette store closed down and they removed the amazing staff and replaced them with the Lafayette staff it is not worth going and wasting your time or money on the food or drinks. This is usually my go to coffee establishment in town.... but my last 3 visits have not been good. My iced coffee has either been loaded down with creamer loaded down with milk, or both a TON of ice!!! The fact that I can't even taste any coffee in it has made me upset. Not sure what has happened the past two weeks... sad customer hoping for the best.

When I walked in last week I knew there had to be new management here. Everything was so clean and fresh smelling, The employees were friendly and of course the coffee and donuts were fresh. It is so nice to see this business thriving. This is my happy place from now own.

this morning getting coffee i was in the lobby and i over heard the manger discussing firing employees it was very inappropriate and very unprofessional and management needs to do better. the way she talked down on her employees as if dunkin doesn’t run on maybe she isn’t fit to run that franchise anymore.

Ordered an iced pumpkin spice latte one large one medium got two mediums, and they were white milky and very, very, very sweet. Did not even look like an iced pumpkin spice latte Did not even look like a coffee or taste like a coffee drink tasted horrible not recommend coffee or this location customer service sucked!!! Very disappointed.
Stopped by from out of town in the middle of the day, lobby doors were locked, coffee had a weird taste upon first sip and they short changed my refund. Won’t be stopping here ever again

I went all the way across town just to come here and when I got here the lady was rude and said she couldn’t serve me when all I wanted was a bacon egg and cheese croissant because she couldn’t do any food at the moment due to lack of people (they had two) I was the only one in line. I understand if like you were super busy. But it was storming outside and no one was in the parking lot or in the drive thru. I was literally the only one and even sitting in the parking lot writing this review now I still see no one.

Nothing good about it. Went there the week prior and they were out of everything I wanted. Went again this time, I was told to use the kiosk to order, which I'm not a fan of. Plus, why would I go inside donut shop to use the kiosk??? Really. There parking lot and location is a complete joke. I'll pay extra somewhere else to never go back to this location!

Food items missing from the order NO STRAWS ? I don’t want to sip out a lid your hands have been all over. SMH.
