Firehouse Subs La Grange Mall DO BETTER!! From a company who literally centers their business around helping people, your employees seriously lacked compassion & customer service tonight. After driving from TN today with our daughter that is in a wheelchair with 2 broke legs, we decided to stop at Firehouse Subs in LaGrange for dinner. We got inside at 8:30, they close at 9:00. Go to order just to be told they are only taking to go orders. We thought she was joking, so I said “for real?” “Yes.” I asked if they could make an exception, we wouldn’t take long, & explained that we had just come from TN and been on the road for 7 hours. They just looked at us. 🤦‍♀️ So you can make our sandwich, we just have to take it to our car? If you are going to take to go orders 30 mins before you close why not close the lobby and just use the drive through? No signage that stated dine in closes at 8:30. We love Firehouse and frequent it often (Firehouse Subs Griffin , we literally drove past plenty of other establishments to go there. I don’t usually blast businesses on social media, and rest assured, I will be making a phone call tomorrow. But I am so tired of the lack of accountability and customer service. And just the blatant lack of human decency. 😞

Food is decent and consistent. I used to order online, but now Firehouse is requiring you to "sign up" for an account. Even after signing up for a Firehouse account, when you go to pay they need you to be logged into your google account (why, I don't allow google permission to store my card info). This is not going to happen. I don't need an inbox full fast food restaurant spam mail, just take my D### payment and make my food. This wasn't a problem a month ago so if you want further pick up in-store business from me, you will change this back.

I’m pregnant and ordered a TOASTED sub, and didn’t receive my sub toasted. Went in to the store again and was told she doesn’t do that and scoffed when I asked to get a remake of it or to even just actually toast it. worst experience.. I will not be going back. The lack of any kind of empathy in the employees at that location is so low that even for a pregnant woman the only response they could give was to make it at home next time and still refused to make the order over or to heat up the order event though it explicitly said to heat up the sub in the note. The staff did not care whatsoever that being pregnant has major risks for listeria with lunch meat that isn’t heated and simply laughed in my face.

Made my sandwich on unclean counter. Pieces of another sandwich was on mine. ALSO I visited this place last Sunday and was fed a lot of attitude by a young black girl,she was totally unprofessional and i felt very disrespected. I purchased food and that was all I wanted not disrespect. She needs to be fired!!! Or reprimanded for her behavior!!! This occurred around 4:30 pm.

I usually have no issue and love eating there. But today was the worst service and food I have ever had. The staff not friendly at all.Was in there 25 minutes after I ordered and the 2 people after me got their food and left. I ask about mine and apparently my order had not even been started. Stood at the counter and watched them scramble to get mine ready. Thought about leaving but had already paid. Got home and the sandwich was not as ordered and soggy. Needless to say it went in the trash. Very disappointed. Not sure if I will go back. It was that bad.

This is by far the worst Restaraunt service I have ever experienced. They Do not answer the phone, They dont greet you like other stores, and Managment has no leadership skills, and dodges helping the customers. Will never visit or recomend this location....!!

All my finance’s order was wrong, subs were not toasted either, 2 were missing bacon, my sub was missing the bacon and cheese and not toasted. I wanted to give yall a shot because I love firehouse but damn. How do you get the order wrong so badly??

I ordered through door dash. Firehouse left out items from my order and no one will answer the phone at the store. I even tried the manager and guess what... no answer. Don't really understand why you can't answer a phone. I guess they enjoy stealing from their customers.
