I ordered a combo via Door Dash. I didn't get the chips. So when I ordered again I called the store to make sure I get my chips. They hung up on me. Edie answered and had to transfer me to "take out". She must think I have NEVER been in the store. She could have simply looked at the Door Dash ticket and made sure I got my chips. Customer Service is a lost art!!

Ordered online. My brother ordered online only a few minutes after I did and was not able to complete the order. We were in the parking lot so he decided to go in and pick up his order and place mine as I am handicap. He was told that they were not taking any more orders because they were cleaning up. Mind you it was 8:30 and they closed at 9. Not only did they turn off online ordering they also turned away paying customers. I even witnessed them locking the doors and telling customers they were closed. My brother demanded his money back and we left never to return again. All this after driving across town to this location. Unacceptable business practices. I’m sure and hope the owner would not approve of this.

Horrible customer service. Two people were just chatting behind the counter not even acknowledging I was waiting to place an order. I ordered a sandwich with “less bread” which is listed on their options and they just said they don’t know what that is and won’t do it, acting like I was inconveniencing them by asking for something that is listed as an option. Do not recommend this place.

I can understand why they have a low review. I just left there, if I'm paying almost $30 bucks for 2 large sandwiches ONLY without drinks/chips therefore, I better have Chick-fil-A customer service! I ordered my food 1st and received my food last. I witness the dude with the locs prepared an ordered bagged it up and sat it to the side then proceeded to call everyone name whom placed an ordered after mines a total of 7 ppl.After, sitting there almost 20 minutes I'm guessing she was the manager asked for my name. To my surprise that was my order dude made almost 20 mins. just sitting there. It will be a cold day in hell before they get any more money out of me/my husband I can make my own sandMICH @ home and it will taste 10x better and way cheaper.

We decided to get subs from Firehouse last night.Big mistake.Thankfully, I ordered online, as it was the only way to get food from there. My order wasn’t ready when I arrived and I had to wait. They turned people away at the door and stated they could only take online orders. The phone rang several times while I was there. The three employees either ignored it or picked the phone up and then hung it up.Terrible service, and the food was only so-so. I won’t be back. Publix sandwiches are much better.

I did go during lunch, so expected a long wait....no issue there. My problem is pricing, which I why I usually never eat out. $16 for a large sub with hardly any meat(nochips, no drink). It tasted decent, but again, too expensive for me and hardly any meat.

Very understaffed (one girl is making sandwiches and one girls is cleaning trash out) every person we’ve asked in here has said they have been waiting at least 30 mins for to go orders. The trash cans are overfilled (hence the girl changing them) but she has taken 10 minutes to empty one trash can and is huffing and puffing about people layering the trash on top (but where else would they throw trash when all cans are filled) I was very displeased with this firehouse today and will likely not be coming back to this location.
