The food was good, but the service was so poor and I had to basically wait for 15 min to get just a box for my food. Breakfast cake after half an hour. So if you do not have time, not best place for brunch

Tavyon H was our server. He is a gem. He was so kind and friendly. He took our order and swiftly brought our drinks. The food was great. Only thing, I ordered the CFS and He disint ask about eggs. They came out scrambled and had cheese in them. I didn't order it that way, it was good though. If you want great service ask for him.

They gave me the smallest food portions, barely non existence!! They did give me the thickest and absolute biggest French toast i have ever seen!! But tiniest food portions EVER!!! I will not visit AGAIN!!!

I was really wanting a mushroom Swiss burger, I stood for a brief moment while waiting for the hostess to leave her sidework and seat me. I was in my booth for over 10 minutes... no drink, no greeting, human contact whatsoever. I opened the menu and there was no longer a mushroom Swiss burger available. I waited a few more minutes, then got up and left. There were only 3 other tables populated, 9 people total. I went to Burger King. Great service, happy staff, and a good burger (no mushrooms or Swiss cheese but it was delicious as always) and it a was clean, friendly atmosphere. Counted 20+ satisfied customers. Bye bye IHOP.

The food was amazing. Fresh hot and taste was sooooooo good! The service just took forever. The waitress was vet nice and when we asked a few times we got what was needed. It just took a long time or had to keep asking
Parking: Parking is good. And also have a pull through to bring closer access for those that need, whether it be elderly, handicap or small children/babies

This Ihop was very nice and our server Gina was amazing and so patient. The womens' bathroom has an uncomfortable spacing of the stall being by the sink which having to squeeze between the sink and the stall to get in. The wait was about 20-30 minutes, but the food was amazing!
Kid-friendliness: They do indeed have a kids menu that has some pretty good options?
The service and food were great. I would definitely go back to this location if I was in that area again.

My 13 year old daughter was using the restroom when a crazy crackhead waitress runs in, repeatedly bangs on her stall door, and screams "FIRE!!!" and then runs back out. My poor daughter was so scared she came hurrying out of the bathroom shaking and pale as a ghost. She was hyperventilating crying she was so scared. We reported tge incident to the manager and left. I would not recommend to anyone with children.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because our server was great. Food was awful. Hash browns were burnt. Asked for replacement and was given more burned ones and told they’re already cooked they all look like that? it was so bad that we just had fun with it. I had such hope for this place but after a third try. We won’t be back.
