Jersey Mike's Subs

I placed an online order that had stated I was pregnant and needed the meat warmed up. When I sent my husband to get the order they had made the order but did not warm the meat. After having been done at other Jersey Mikes. I am baffled that they would rather lose service than accommodate.

Employees that don't care to properly take your order. Sandwiches made Incorrectly and refusal to correct it when mentioned the the employee. Worst sandwich ever!

I was unfortunate enough to have a woman with a sour attitude take my order & prepare it. She helped me once before & she is condescending, acts like she has far better things to do than help me. The sandwiches are good & that's why we go back. But that woman needs to develop some customer service skills or go elsewhere. I always tip 20-30% at checkout if I've gotten good service there. Needless to say no tip for her any of the times she's prepared our order. And I told her this eve she missed out on a great tip. She didn't seem to care. It may not be worth it but for the benefit of other customers, I'll put a call in to corporate so that maybe they can address it.

They were nice

I went in today to get lunch, and Ashley greeted me with a smile on her face and was very respectful. I will be returning to see them again Very impressed with the customer service that was provided

Our food was prepared on a dirty countertop. There was food crumbs and lettuce from a previous order. And mustard was in the lettuce. The guy making our sandwiches seemed inconvenienced and annoyed. He added way to much black pepper. Now I can't eat it. What a waste of my money. I do not recommend this location.
