First time eating jersey mikes at their brand new location in town. The Philly cheese hot sub tasted great! Pricey for a "6 sub w/ chips and drink! $15!!!The staff greeted me and took my order as soon as I walked in. Might try out the order ahead option next time.The restaurant could have been cleaner. I'm not sure if I just came in after a big lunch rush, tho. Til next time!

Person who made subs did not change gloves in between making food and cashing people out. When i mentioned it to another worker the worker just laughed. They place the pre order receipts right on top of the bread while making the food.

Jersey Mike's is a delicious chain restaurant serving hot and cold sandwiches.I had to remove a star because my husband's sandwich was missing all of the toppings. He ordered buffalo chicken and it only had bland chicken and cheese. It did not match the description.The atmosphere is nice, what you'd expect from a chain sub shop. The customer service is okay. We had a pick up order and they made my husband show my phone in order to get my order, though we have the same last name. We understood it though.The sub in a tub is a great keto option.

Brand new location. They still have a lot of training to do. Everyone was kind but looked lost. My sandwich was prepared in a reasonable amount of time but I saw several customers that had ordered before me waiting & online / call in orders weren’t ready when the customer / delivery showed up to collect. Although I don’t drink soda the soda machine was not working & customers were rightfully unhappy with having to select smaller beverage amounts that aren’t refillable for full priced drinks.Parking: Parking is designed in to separate sections to eliminate high traffic areas but the traffic lanes are so narrow that even compact cars must enter opposing traffic to safely turn into parking spaces

1st time using a Jersey Mike's since cutting out meat 8 years ago. The menu surprized me and though I'd give it a try. Ordered the Regular size (7 inch) Potrabella and swiss sandwich. Sandwich was luke warm and missing the green peppers. Flavor was ok but I think it got ruined by the missing ingredient and huge price tag. I think it's over priced for the size. I can get a whole sub at the deli next door for the price of the regular. Service was quick and friendly though. I will not be going back due to the price.Vegetarian options: Pleasantly surprised they had vegetarian sandwiches.

The food preparation was less than sanitary. I watched the server slice the meat. Wipe down the counter with a wet rag then place all the ingredients on that surface not wiping off the wet from the rag.

Was totally disappointing. I brag to my wife about Jersey Mike's because I grew up in point Pleasant New Jersey and still remember when their mom and pop place. My wife went down this past Saturday to order me a number two which is ham capicola and provolone with onion, lettuce, tomato, and oil and vinegar after my wife dropped my sub off I was totally disappointing. All I got was a ham and cheese sandwich. No Capicola at all was very, very disappointed The second picture of the whole sub is a Publix sub

So excited for a Jersey Mikes to be in LaGrange! Great customer service, friendly staff, and delicious food. Their grand opening was two days ago and they did a great job! I'm positive they will continue to grow in customer service and knowledge as the days go on. Customer for life here! Get your sandwiches MIKES WAY!

Came in at around 7ish. It's newly opened, so super busy. They were nice and apologetic about the wait times and honestly working hard to try to keep up. The subs were huge and really good. Obviously, there are kinks to be worked out, but all in all a great new spot.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread option

Actually insane. Took over 30 minutes from estimated pickup time for a to go online order, while people ordering inside were getting instant service. Terrible customer service. Hope they can get their act together.

Been open two days and already messing up orders. Not reading the to go orders slips, making sandwiches the way they want to eat them. Paid for a giant sub $17.59 got all the way home across town and it was a regular sandwich. I have been to several Jersey Mikes and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
