Jim Bob's Chicken Fingers

Came here for the first time the other day with my wife and we really enjoyed our time. I ordered the Chicken combo meal and my wife got the Snack. The chicken was tender and juicy, the mozzarella sticks were typical but always great and the fries were pretty solid. I definitely recommend and will be back.

Chicken finger plate. 5 pieces, slaw, fries and toast. Tender crispy chicken. Slaw was very good. Good french fries. Don't forget the sweet tea. First time here. Won't be the last. Yummy yummy yummy ?

10 stars. Maxiumum amount of stars I can give. Absolutely love Jim Bobs chicken. You guys are lucky I live 2 hours away from this place, otherwise ya'll would be out of stock permanantly from how much I visit. No joke I've come here for years, and hopefully I'll continue to come here for years to come. Keep it up. Don't change a thing (except maybe prices lol)

We eat here often and the food is great but this week we saw a $10 increase in the family pack and all the other prices increased as well. Disappointing that prices have gone up so much.

I ordered the catfish fillets, which was delicious,fries were the way I like them, not too soft, not too hard,, coleslaw was decent. But they drinks were not good at all. japleno cornbread was hard and dry.

My daughter chicken wings and fries were ok, some chicken was dry, and she wanted flats and drum.

Ordered 4 plates online, they left out a whole entire plate of blackened shrimp. Called the restaurant and told them about it. They made me bring the other 3 plates back with my receipt in order to get the missing plate of food. The employee at the restaurant said it was her fault and showed me the receipt where I was only charged for 3 plates, and she was giving me the 4th plate for free because of the mistake. She lied because when I checked my account, I was charged for all 4 plates. Lunch was a complete fiasco that day, with cold food and aggravation because of this error and I was not even compensated for it.

I sat in drive thru at the window for 15 to 20 mins only to be told to pull up and my food would be brong out to me. I then waited another 15 mins as I watched 6 cars go thru drive thru. I then went in and sat 10 more mins to find out my food haven't even been prepared or cooked..terrible customer service and the cashier was very rude and inexperienced. 7/27/24 around 1:35 pm. Never had a problem until now. I got a refund and went to Zaxbys and saved 7 bucks and got a drink

This place charging a service fee to swipe your debit/credit card instead of giving cash is beyond diabolical.
Who does that in this modern time & age????? Then on my receipt it says the fee was 3.5 percent of my already EXPENSIVE total....RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!
