If I could give less, I would. We have been here multiple times and have never had as bad of service as we did tonight. We came in with a party of 6 people, so not too much for the average person to handle. Everybody’s food was not good. Chicken was burnt, rice didn’t seem to be finished, along with the noodles in the soup being crunchy. We watched the male server sit a 5 person party at a halfway cleaned table. I counted at one time that there were only 3 tables sat down eating and there were at least 7 tables completely covered in dishes, not even being attempted to clean. We watched him greet 3 separate parties and they all waited at least 15 minutes for a table to be cleaned like the server told them he was doing, but in reality he would just walked past the tables and look at them not even attempting to clean them so these parties did not have to wait. The thing that really made it the worse outside of the food and nobody at our table getting refills, was watching a little girl no older than 10 years old clean off dishes from dirty tables, while the server was sitting down talking to her parents and watching her do that. When he was asked about the dirty tables, he said “I’ve got my little helper out here.” Because your server wouldn’t do his job, the female server was running around picking up the slack from his poor job, along with this little girl cleaning tables. I have never been one to not tip because I have worked in the service industry for a very long time, but our server suffered because of his lack of self awareness. Please think about who you have working for you.

Absolutely a must!! I love the chicken & rice and California rolls. My daughter likes the tiger rolls. Oh and the salad dressing is the best!

A staple for Lagrange. Steak and rice, veggies! Everything is great. Make sure to get some of that creamy dressing for the rice!

First off when I called to place the order I got hung up on two then the third time the lady was super rude I tried to ask a question then she hung up and didn’t give me my total! I went to pick up my filet and scallops and the scallops are all burnt and the rice wasn’t really fried rice! I paid 32$ for poor customer service and quite honestly I could’ve gone to Banzi in Lagrange for twice the food that taste better and better service! No stars from me and I won’t be returning! Only gave 1 star cause I had to so I could post smh

My daughter placed a order around 8:30April 29, 2023 went to pickup the food didn't get my Tempura shrimp which I always order instead got Tempura shrimp sushi not the same thing and my daughter extra steak and chicken was not enough to feed a toddler and she is a grown woman, you all have got to do better . Yes my daughter and I ate our food because you all had turned off the OPEN sign when we got there would normally have returned our food. Order was under name Laye

Lazy servers with poor attitudes. Tips added automatically so they have no motivation to serve well. Jin usually found out back smoking cigarettes.

Food is good but really overpriced for the small quantities. Ordered extra chicken it costs 8 dollars and it's maybe 2 spoonfuls of chicken, really pathetic.

My boyfriend and I constantly get Jin Express. They’re a more affordable hibachi place, and while they don’t cook in front of you (you can watch the chef as it’s an open kitchen but he’s not putting on a show), their food is fantastic! Their yum yum sauce is addicting, and the same with the ginger sauce. Pro tip, get both, mix em, and add them to your rice for a zing! Definitely one of the best hibachi places in LaGrange, with great sushi options.

We got take out from here last week. The cost of the food was way too much for the quality and quantity that was received. Two hibachi steak and shrimp meals and one volcano roll was over $50. There were maybe 10 small pieces of overcooked (definitely not medium, as was ordered) steak and 5 small shrimp. We will not be returning here. Bull Hibachi has much better food!

I ordered to go. I used the online menu. When I went to pay my price was $5 over the stated online price. When asked about the price difference I was curtly told that the online prices were out dated. When I asked why are the new prices not reflected on their online menu the Asian lady proceeded to become agitated

I had the chicken and it was average but wouldn't order again. My daughter had steak which I thought it had no flavor and was worse than the chicken. My granddaughter had shrimp. The shrimp tasted grilled and was pretty good. The rice was good but the dressing in salad was so watery that I couldn't eat. The clear soup wasn't as tasty as most I've had so I only had a couple bites and left it also.I don't like that they automatically add 15% for a part of 3. I did leave a little extra but she would have got a larger top if not already added in.Positive note.. the server was very good. (I didn't complain about anything) I only gave 3 stars because service was good.
