The guy working the drive thru was not listening nor paying attention to our order, charged us incorrectly and proceeded to argue with us about what we ordered. Thank fully the manager came around and fixed the problem. She got us the correct food and gave us a refund for what we were overcharged. The manager was great. The window boy however was trash

I have been to many KFC's. This one doesn't know how to cook the extra crispy chicken right. I'll get the original recipe next time. They also didn't drain the grease off well enough. Please bring back those boneless honey bbq wings. Those use to be all that i bought, they was that good.

I decided to try the nuggets today. They were the best nuggets I have had. These are my new favorite chicken nuggets. They were hot, tender, and had so much flavor that I didn’t need any sauce to dip them in. I wish I had taken picture to post but didn’t last long.

On July 11th I went to the KFC I placed my order and paid for it I need to have the young lady tell me they did not have what I ordered could I accept thighs in place of my wings I told her no I would like a refund it was after hours. The young lady told me she was going to go and get my refund she was gone for a long time and when she didn't come back I got out of my car only to go inside to be threatened with calling the police on me. I stood in that store for 45 minutes or better waiting for the police to arrive I did not get the food I ordered nor my money back I didn't receive my money back until that Monday only to be dismissed. Every time I ask about a manager of the store manager I was given some kind of lie about what time that manager would be on site. If I could give this establishment a zero it would be again I was locked in their building and refused service and threatened to have the police called on me. The only thing the police never showed if you want to know why I didn't call the police this is the one day that I left my phone at home.
My wife order a 4 peice chicken strips talking about a rip off it was 11.99 dollars I am 51 not 6 years old it wouldn't evening fill up a kid never again
