My favorite part of this Kroger is the floral dept. I love the vast variety of flowers and greenery they have for us to choose among! Always seem to be in the self checkout, usually the young lady over is very attentive and polite. A couple of times I have run into another younger attendant that seems to have something more important going on than her customers. But mostly the other one is working and its very enjoyable.

I ordered a cake and the cake baker called off work. Tammy was absolutely wonderful and gave me a discount on a ready made cake. And the cake was moist and delicious. Thanks Tammy for A+ customer service

I was here at 6:30a to avoid crowds for holiday meal prep items. Specifically looking for the Kroger turkey on sale for 69 cents per pound. Only butterball and a honeysuckle one were in the meat case. A worker named Tracey offered his help to go back on the meat dept to see if he could find one. He, Woody & Ms. Adams worked together to assist. I was thrilled that the store manager, Ms.Adams, gave me the Butterball turkey at their sale price. I was thrilled. Tracey also found a whole chicken in the back. This was the best customer service I've ever received. Fran and our cashier up front were also extremely helpful and friendly. It's also the best time of day to shop and worth getting up early to get there. I received 4x fuel points today. Super awesome!

I love it when a company lets their employees have fun! When I asked to snap his picture, his manager rushed to take over his register for him so I could get a good one. Plus, they had Halloween candy for this last minute procrastinator. Thanks, Kroger on Commerce!

They will take your money with on line pickup!!! I ordered a 32oz frozen Tilapia $6.99....they subbed 2-12oz....which they charge me $4.99 each!!!! when it clearly said they would charge equal or lower price for the substitution!!! They screwed me out of my money!!!!

Please, Please, Please train your staff the right way. Every single time we check out, either the cashier or the bagger ties up the bag by its handles. THIS DOES NOTHING BUT CAUSE FRUSTRATION FOR THE CUSTOMER. There is one lady in particular that does this, and the last time she did it I asked her to please not tie up my bag. She coped an attitude with me. I avoid her like the plague now. Today, our cashier did the same thing. I had to untie each bag before I could leave because I could not hold the bag properly. Not all do this, but quite a few do. Also, every aisle we go into has something blocking the aisle. The aisles are already cramped, and adding something you're trying to get rid of product wise is a tripping hazard. I almost tripped going down the soup aisle because you had a display basket full of something right in the way. My foot got caught in the metal display and I almost fell. These "displays" are IN the aisle, not at the end.

No I do not recommend. Every time meat is on special you never get it if you do pickup. I have requested a callback about my pickup order 2 weeks ago and no response after they left my items out and my order was not ready at pickup time and I received a text it was ready from app . I had to come back and pick up they items left out the next day. I had a total of 3 trips. Now this week it’s the same thing I get a text to pickup and app said it’s ready . They call me when I check in and say that it’s not ready could be 15 mins or more they are short staffed. FYI I got my order after 30 mins of waiting . If you are going to do pickup you need to have the people to do it or have mangers to help out. I never have this problem with Publix . I have seen their managers handling pickup.
