The price is outrageous I remember once you could get alot for your money but not anymore the parking lot is even bad the food is ok chill cheese fries aren't as good as before need a complete make over with the prices and parking lot 😀

Well looks like all good things must come to an end and this place is the title image... 8 years ago I couldn't drive through lagrange without grabbing food from here.. it was so good. Now it's dog shit stupid joke nasty AF! I gave them TWO CHANCES to get at least SOMETHING right.. im easy to deal with.. but nope.. BOTH times were sickening. Overpriced garbage .. and when I tried to call to talk with someone.. no answer .. even CORPORATES Inbox was FULL?!? HAHAHA.. i want my money back.

Gotta say every time go here there is never any issues. They are always very polite and nice, the service is very quick. Last time I ordered I think I was there for a total of 5-7 minutes. Love this place!!

The absolute worst customer experience. NO ONE ever came up to the front counter even tho I could see them just in the back area. I called out several times with no response and then decided to record the situation bc I’m a door dasher.. and finally got a man to come up to the front counter. Of course the order I was picking up had not even been started . Worst service.

What happened to the chicks? I got a sackful of Krystal’s which were fine, then 6 chicks thinking it would be like the regular chicks. They were a tough piece of chicken like that nasty Tyson chicken tasting stuff you buy at the store. Nothing like the regular chicks. To top it off 6 chicks which are wrapped in a sandwich wrapper instead of in the box like they used to be cost $23.76 which was $3.96 a piece. I had no idea they changed their chicks or that they cost more than a sack of 12 Krystal’s with cheese for only 6 of them. They are nasty!!!!! I want my money back.
Yall owe me a tire. I just come through at 11pm and bc of yall ragged ass parking lot I'm now sitting broke down. Thanks for nothing. Yall need to just close.

Had my favor meal the good Ole number 4 well the food just wasn't up to par. Cheese Krystal just didn't taste the same or the chili Hesse fries I don't know what has happen but they better up their game or I'll stop coming back.
