Horrible customer service and kitchen organization. Ordered online for a 7:30 pick up. Showed up at 7:20. Did not receive my order until 8:33. Employees were unmotivated and basically did not give a damn. That said, the pizza was good, but not worth waiting for 1.5 hours. The electronic board with orders ready or working on was not utilized and this created additional confusion with the customers as well as employees. I am aware good help is hard to find, but bad unmotivated help is inexcusable. Will not return to this location unless they meet me in the parking lot with a bottle of lotion. Very disappointed. Little Caesars is better than this...

RUDE!!!! first let me say customer service is highly recommended I placed my order with the girl upfront she said it would be 15 minutes on the wait well that's was a bunch of bull more like 30 min we sat there and looked at our order in the warmer that's when the girl came from the back and ask have we gotten our food fast forward we get the food and go figure it's wrong so I take it back in there was a guy at the front counter I told him it was wrong he stated that I looked right really so I had to bust the pizza open to show him so they take my food to the back to get remade there playing having a good old time I'm waiting again so I ask one of the managers from the store what was going on she went to the back to get the manager when I talked to the manager she stated she was sorry that there going to get in trouble for a bad review so at this point I was done got my money back and left I will never suggest that anyone visit this new location they are rude and play entirely to much jp gas station y'all have to do better with the hiring process.

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and waited over 15min to finally get my pizza. I started home to make it to my child's football game, and decided to get a slice of pizza and notice the pineapples are ice cold ans not cooked with the pizza. I tried 4 times to get someone to answer the phone and no luck. This is bad service.

Whether it’s busy or slow, you’re always going to wait more than 20 minutes even if it’s just for one damn pizza. Three times and I’ve waiting 30+ minutes for two or less damn pizzas. Absolutely ridiculous. Get better management.

Made an order online at 6:21. And at 7:08, I am still waiting on my order! Said still waiting another order of crazy bread. Why didn’t they fix both orders at the same time!!??!? New location but same slow service at the last one!! Unacceptable!!! No reason as to why it takes nearly hour when they are not busy!!!!! Last time ordering here.

Great place to get some hot and ready pizza fresh, very friendly employees, great manager who is always helping, very kid friendly, they even brought out my pizza to the car.

This restaurant is very poor and I will never go to it again. It is very poorly kept up with and nasty the employees are allowed to not wear gloves and to have their hands all over customers food . The store manger is very rude to customers and when brought to the district manger’s attention she was very rude as well . The food is nasty and barely done all the way the last two times I’ve been in the store . The manger of the store would not help and is always on the phone . The employees are not allowed breaks even when working a full 8 hour shift which is illegal and they all seem very unhappy . I will never be back to the little ceasars on Lafayette parkway and I advise everyone of you to do the same !
