My wife and I stopped here while traveling and this longhorns did not live up to Longhorns standards.
I had the 6 oz sirloin and ordered it medium but it came out more on the medium well side. It was also a little cold. This usually means it sit on the counter a while before it came out. I also ordered extra butter for the potatoes but as shown in picture it did not have extra butter. My wife's potatoe soup was also like warm. I was kinda disappointed to be honest. I have eaten at this location before and told my wife it was a good one, but to be honest they missed the mark this time.
In all fairness they were busy and the associates were very nice and professional.

This garlic Parmesan chicken was the truth! Just ask for more Alfredo sauce on the side and dip your chicken off in that sauce with a little bit of there appetizer bread and you got yourself a winner winner chicken dinner baby!! Real talk!! 🤤🤤🤤

We went to longhorn last night for dinner with the kids. We had checked in and they stated the wait time was 25-35mins. We were fine to wait but the kids were hungry. A family of 4 a blonde women a man with brown hair and two boys walked in and sat down. They didnt check in at the hostess desk. The manager Gabriel Stovall walked over with an iPad and sat next to the blonde women and said I am doing everything I can to find you a table seating them prior to all the other quest waiting inside and outside during dinner rush hr. Mins later that family got seated before all the other customers waiting to be seated. The only reason we had a some what better time was the server Brayden K made our experience at our table delightful. We were staying at the Greatwolf lodge and wanted a night out. We usually always have a great experience with the managers from other locations. I was blown away by how inconsiderate Gabriel Stovall was treating her other customers. I truly hope something is said to her about how she treats others especially during the holiday season.

Our server Mr. David was top notch five star customer service. We will definitely be back after our first experience of enjoying our meal and the excellent customer service displayed by our server. Could not have asked for a better waiter.

Terrible atmosphere & unfriendly staff. My husband & I went in just before 4 p.m. no customers, 1 snotty greeter. We waited & waited. I asked what's taking so long. She said shift change. Soooo, the restaurant basically shuts down for shift change.

Place is getting worse and worse by the order seem like!! Now what’s loaded about this big potato and this small container with mostly sour cream??? The pieces of bacon barely exist not to mention the few pieces of cheese and other toppings!! Yall should be ashamed of how high meals are and you can’t even give all that’s posed to b on the items in the correct portions!! At the rate yall going people would be better off just cooking it themselves! Restaurants are getting out of hand and barely have sides! I’m guessing they ran out of cinnamon butter also for the bread. Good thing we were heading back home otherwise we’d also be eating with our hands!! Lady stood at the door with our food holding it as she let people in and out for several minutes as if she wasn’t holding our food in her hands!! Just unprofessionally handling people food and the nerves to expect tips!! Why???? Tips are earned not given! I’m not tipping for bad service and overly priced food that I didn’t get everything for!!dinner shift and to go ordering seems to be the issue because when we go inside during the day there’s no problem with our food!

My fillet was tender and cook as I ordered, but all I could taste was lots of pepper. The entire steak was soaked in pepper. Could not eat it because of all the pepper.

We went in about 3:40 pm on a Monday. At 4pm we left. There was not a crowd. It was not busy. The restaurant was freezing. The bathroom was dirty. The smell of marijuana in the bathroom was horrendous. At 4pm we had not even been asked what we wanted to drink. So we left and went to BrickHouse

LongHorn Steakhouse never disappoints, but that Dragonfruit Margarita Long Pour took my whole night to another level! The drink was vibrant, refreshing, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, not too strong, just smooth and flavorful all the way through. And the long pour? Baby, they did NOT hold back! It came out looking gorgeous and tasting even better.
My food was hot, seasoned perfectly, and came out quick, but that margarita definitely stole the show. The service was friendly, the vibes were cozy, and everything felt like five-star treatment from start to finish.
If you go, do yourself a favor and order the Dragonfruit Margarita Long Pour — thank me later! 🍹✨

Seating was an issue, we asked for our group to be seated with some at a table and others at a booth, they refused to allow it, requiring us to sit at a table that was too small, and would not add a table to make our group more comfortable. But the next group that came in was large like ours, and they pulled extra tables for them. We asked why we couldn't do that, they would not answer us, then protrayed a bad attitude towards us. Very disappointed, never had this happen at any Longhorn before.
