I ordered for dinner to go on 4/18/24 . When I got home my Caesar salad the lettuce was completely rotten and barely no dressing. The New York strip steak was overcooked. I recommend ordering to go during the lunch hours.

I went to this location yesterday at appx eight pm.made reservations with the hostess.she said it would be a 20 min wait.went out side to wait in my car did so and never received my notification by text.after a hr I went inside to inquire.she said I was wondering what happens to you all.i said I never received my text.she said I may have got you number wrong it's already happened a few times tonight.zero concern no apology zilch

we had to ask the manager to get our waiter to wait on us and then both of our steaks came out wrong. Manager not apologetic at all. This is another review added we tried coming back tonite our server Cassandra was too sorry to even bring us refills so we had to get up and get them ourselves. They never brought my sons side dish out. And the manager offered desserts to make up for the dinner being ruined then charged me for one of the desserts. Kathryn Howard you are a sorry excuse for a manager.

Great service! Atmosphere was great. Food was served hot and timely and the server came back several times to check on us, brought the box to the table before he even asked if we wanted a box. He was very efficient very friendly and asked us if we wanted a dessert at the end. Very good on the upsell overall great experience good job, Lagrange Longhorn.
We visited last night as a family. We’re Asked if we wanted a table or booth. We said which ever was faster. The host sends out a message in less than 5 mins. As we’re walked to the table. You couldn’t help but notice the area wasn’t cleaned. The host grabbed dry paper towels to wipe the table off. I asked her about it & her response was she was just drying the table off. Not to mention, the floor was disgusting. How do you feel it’s ok to sit someone in a disgusting area? We are here to EAT. After sitting in disgust and uncomfortable for 5 mins, my one yr old daughter pick up broccoli off her chair. Now, I’m extremely annoyed, Still remain respectful. I requested a different table new table. They tell me I can take the booth across from me and I’m able to move. Now, obviously the booth has yet to be clean because the check was still on the table from the previous family. I requested the floor, tables, and chairs be wiped before we sit. Then, we had to move ourself. Then I requested a booster. They explained it didn’t anttach to the booth, however the booster seat never made it. Only reason we stayed was because we had a longggggg day already at Great Wolf Lodge and the kids were really hungry and tired. I’m sorry for a steak house I really expect more. After ordering we eventually asked for our food to go and left. This was really the worst experience I’ve had at Longhorn and you guys are always my first choice. However, this service was really the bottom of the barrel. CLEANLINESS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!
