This is our go-to restaurant when in LaGrange. The food, cocktails, beer menu is extensive and of extremely high quality. The ambiance and service is always great as well. Highly recommend.

Food sucked was in town on my way to Destin, super salty, food was pretty pricey for the sub par food, service was excellent.

The shrimp and grits plate was bland with very little ingenuity. The shrimp looked as though it came from a frozen bag. I also asked for a side salad, which never came. I arrived an hour before closing and felt like I was being pressured the whole time I was eating to pack it up. I will not return.

The overall aesthetic of the restaurant was ok and we didn't have to wait for a table.

However, the waitress was dismissive as she literally dropped a basket with loose silverware and napkins onto our table for us to sort through, asked if we actually wanted a meal or were just getting appetizers and said she'd be right back.

When we asked what some of the favorite dishes were she blankly stated that all of them were good, shrugged her shoulders and looked at us like we had asked the stupidest question ever. She eventually told me us that she liked the salmon, but that's because her personal preference in general was fish.

We ordered spinach dip to munch on while we tried to decide what to have for a meal. The cheese on the top was so hard you needed a spoon to cut into it, as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp or left in the oven too long.

I ended up ordering a vegetable dish of sweet potatoes that were undercooked, squash that was over cooked, fried brussel sprouts, chickpeas still somewhat room temperature from the can and broccolini that ended up being mostly chopped up stems. Nothing was seasoned. Not even salted. I requested the advertised balsamic glaze and at first I was given a honey mustard dressing. I requested to send it back and was told that it was the balsamic, but eventually she begrudgingly took it back and it was replaced with a either an apple cider vinaigrette or white wine vinaigrette, as it's color and flavor wasn't even close to a balsamic vinegar. At this point, I asked for salt and pepper and tried to eat my meal.

We ordered dessert trying to wait out a horrible storm. The chocolate bread pudding was dry and tasted flat....served on an old splintery looking wooden plank with ice cream. While I'm sure that the plank was intended for have an edgy look, it reminded me of an old board from my dad's shed. I requested a bowl and was looked at like I had three heads.

This restaurant was not worth the money we spent and the staff was less than happy to wait on us.

Let me start with the positives. The atmosphere was beautiful, the drinks were good, and the unsalted fries were great. Now to why I gave 3 stars. The wait from the time we ordered, until our entrees hit the table was almost an hour. They brought the kids food first and they were almost done eating when the rest of us got our food. Unfortunately, the food is either flavorless ( chicken tenders) or way too salty. We literally had to dust the salt off of the chips to eat spinach dip. They even over salted a Caesar salad. It was so bad I couldn’t eat it. I had to order the fries no salt.
Anyway the stars of the show here were the burger( it’s spicy), but good. The French fries no salt were awesome, and the spinach dip.

The food was so good! The atmosphere and vibes were immaculate and just a good time overall. Definitely recommend the flatbread and clams pappardelle (photos attached). The staff was super friendly too!

Loved this place. Visiting LaGrange and trying to hit some of the popular spots. We enjoyed this place and C'sons next door which is apparently the same owners! both very good places. The salmon was delicious as was the steak salad.

We made reservations for 6 at 6. When we arrived we were seated quickly and our drinks were ordered. The drinks came quickly and we ordered the bang shrimp and the spinach dip. When the waitress came by again we ordered our meal and the appetizers came out which was good. My son and his date to the prom had to be at the Country Club before 7:30. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, which was 6:45 or so, I asked the waitress about our food. She said it would be out shortly, soon after she brought out the chicken Parmesan which 3 people ordered. We had to get steak knives to cut the chicken it was so hard, and none of the 3 people liked it, then they brought out the grilled salmon that my wife ordered and we were told it came with rice with broccoli, it was like mush and she always orders salmon whenever we eat out and she didn’t like it at all, no seasoning, then the steak sandwich came out which I was told was good then after some time, my porkchop came and it was tough and the veggies that came with it I did not like, by this time we were in a rush so we had to leave. Definitely will not be going back due to the horrible food and really slow service.

We came here around April 11th around 7. I got the shrimp and grits and it was AMAZING! Playlist was a 10/10 and the sangria was amazing. Thank you so much for the awesome experience and making my sister-in-law’s birthday a fun night.

Food tasted good but it seemed like they were understaffed when I was there. Ordered pasta and the serving seemed a little small for the price. If it included salad or bread with it, I would consider it more reasonably priced for the amount of food, but it was just a medium sized helping of chicken tortellini.

In town for spring break and had to get away from GWL for the night. So we ventured downtown and found this GEM… 7 of us. Let me just say every single plate that was ordered at our table was phenomenal. Not one disappointing choice. Very impressed! Lagrange should be lucky to have such a great restaurant. Being from the Gulf Coast of AL I will say their fish and shrimp that was ordered at our table surpassed our tastebuds. I had the Blackened Chicken Alfredo and omg I have never had it as good as they have it.
