They just need to close after 4 pm !! The food was horrible !! They’re serving burgers without the cheese being melted. They had no one dining and only 2 cars in the drive thru, so cant say it was a busy night!! I will never go bk , after spending 31 dollars for some re-dropped fries and cold burgers

I now have a disappointed child. Because I was only given 3 of the 4 happy meals, I assumed all the food was in the bag, she didn't tell me I had more coming, and I didn't check. I shouldn't have to check, you should get everything you paid for... so thank you...

The fries were also very cold and not salted, and im also missing a mcchicken.

My mom and I had lunch at McDonald's in lagrange, georgia where Osirus politely took our order. The medium size cup lids were out. And I told the young man, and immediately he retrieved two lids, I proceeded to fill the lids. I asked about salt while he was filling the lids. He immediately stop what he was doing to get the salt. Thank you for the best service ever and kudos McDonald's for having hired.

HTF you get a biscuit and McGriddle confused. I order a steak egg an chesse biscuit and get a McGriddle. I might understand if this was pack, but I was the only one in the drive thur. Thanks for starting my day out crappy.

Was told to hold on at the speaker as they kept doing orders at the other speaker.....

The vehicle in front of me had already driven off...

Was told someone else was taking the lane I was in when I said hello after waiting five minutes.

They continue to take orders in the other lane....

I drove off after waiting 15 minutes....

Will not be coming back to this establishment. It's not the first time I've had an issue.....

The worst drive-through I’ve ever been to in my life sat there and they asked me to place my order. I placed it and then they asked me to wait while five cars went through the other drive-through speaker and then told me to continue to wait until somebody took my order.

You guys got to keep folks at work first of all..2nd:people that collect the money don't need to be handling the your orders maybe due to short of help(that's unsanitary.)lastly:yall need to leave those cell phone alone why trying to take folks orders."yes Cell Phones"that's why the orders are screwed up a lot....

Buyer beware - I ordered my food on the app. I went to pick it up and was told 1 item was not available so I chose another item. The item I chose cost less than my original item. When I got to the window, I asked for a refund for the price difference. I was told NO, they don’t have anything to do with the app and I need to talk to the people at the app. I emailed the people on the app, they replied promptly and said my issue is handled by the restaurant. Clearly it’s not handled by anyone other than me who paid for an item I didn’t receive.

I really don't like to be the one that says it but this is just becoming the norm for lack of better words. It's always the same I don't want to have a job attitude from anyone you ask for help. Not one person dressed up in a company costume will volunteer service. Personally mobile curbside is the best way the only advantage of going inside is you can drink your drink while you're waiting for your food and get a refill because it's going to take that long.

This is my second time getting cold frys.... I never complain... but when I walked in the male manager was extremely rude! As I left I told him I hoped he had a better day. No I'm sorry no talking anything. Made me feel like I was nothing but a inconvenience! the customers do pay your bills along woth that bonus. Please do better.... a smile and greeting someone with kindness will go a long way!

Every time I come to this particular McDonald’s it never fails to have to wait for a ridiculous amount of time at the drive thru just to give your order. If you don’t have extra time to spare I wouldn’t advise pulling into this drive thru. It may be McDonald’s but not your traditional one. This one is always in the twilight zone. They get to ya when they feel like it.
