Worst experience I have ever witnessed! I went there to spend my money wisely for God but they would not serve my family we are white , well the guy that gave us trouble jumped right up to help these black people and was nice to them ! Drinks were watered down ! And the guy that was white as well was not helped by workers and had to leave due to no one at the front ! The guy in the back had bad attitude towards my family when we came in , this is definitely not a place for me to go in a long time

Fred is very rude for a manager. He speaks to his staff and customers horrible. It took me 15 minutes to get a receipt, food was cold by then. Tried to find out who the owner is but he wouldn’t let anyone give me information. I watched 5 orders come inside from the drive thru for wrong orders. All bagged by this Fred guy. Won’t be back there

Me and my boyfriend went there today to try the Grinch meal we got there and I said that they were out of buns and the Grinch order as well. So we ended up getting 10 chicken nuggets and a quarter pounder. We got home there was no chicken nuggets in the bag which I guess we could have checked before we left, but that’s shouldn’t be a concern. The main problem is that we got home and my boyfriend’s burger was completely red on the inside. I know mistakes do happen, but after today, I will never be returning there again.

I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes to order, listening to the conversation of the employees because they left the headset on, and when I spoke to them to order they told me to hold on, so I waited as the line behind me started backing up. I finally get to order, had to repeat my drink size twice, get to the windows and they were unfriendly and rude, which was expected at this point. I get back to work with mine and my coworkers food, and it’s a complete mess. Do better or bring in the bots…won’t be back anytime soon

The one on commerce avenue sucks they always make me pull up and all I get is fries . the workers don't want to work and are rude. The one on Lafayette is pretty good and friendly
i just placed my 4th order from this mcdonald’s through the app for delivery. every single time they forget something or make something wrong. this time, our burgers were completely raw on the inside. i’ve never in my life gotten a raw burger from a mcdonald’s. avoid this one at all costs.
