I go here about twice a week because it’s the closest McDonald’s where I live but every single time I go my order always gets messed up they either forget something or something is not made how I asked it to be made and they wanna look at me crazy when I say something’s wrong. I should not be the one getting looked at stupid for there mess up I have never once been here and there wasn’t anything wrong with my order which is honestly sad!! It’s also frustrating to be asked what sauce I want with nuggets and never ever receiving any sauce at all!!

We waited 10 minutes at the speaker. Asked for a 6 piece nugget and was told they didn't have that, so we had to get 4. We didn't receive our sauce for them. There were no fountain drinks either. This was horrible service. ?

Absolute NO for me. I went here at 11:30 am, a full hour after lunch starts for them and they still had nothing ready to go. I waited more than 20 minutes in my car after being told to park by the drive thru cashier. Whoever manages this location does a piss poor job.

My son went today to get an apple pie and 2 large fries. Got to the window and only had 1 order of fries. Employee told him to pull up for other fry to be brought out to him. Wth. Is this not one of your staple foods. He waited 15 minutes for order to come out. It never did he grew impatient and drove away. When he got home and told me what happened; I immediately called back to restaurant to speak to Hope as stated on receipt. Well surprise surprise phone rings several times before saying voicemail has not been setup. You would think at almost $4 per order of fries they could get it right.
Order through door dash and I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese no sesame seed bun these people had the nerve to send an burger with no bun I mean I know these employees have more common sense not to just send meat and cheese when I order the same meal the day before and they put an regular bun on it I'm so angry about this man food is too high to not be satisfied with it very disappointed

This place doesn’t cook their food thoroughly, I was in pain for so many hours after eating a burger. My stomach was hurting so badly and it didn’t stop until finally threw up. My throw up looked exactly like the burger ! Do

At 715 pm parked and went to go inside….door was locked but could see people inside eating…was finally let in by a customer…No ice in machine…every one of the 6 employees were looking at us like we shouldn’t be there….then the female manager said “We short staffed so we closed the dining room…but you ok” I let a few other patrons in before they started yelling “We closed inside”…and turned people away! Not a good look…not a good atmosphere….they weren’t that busy…Covid got people just flat out lazy….give em all $25 per hour….youll be closed for good before you know it! Super Disappointed
