Complete mess. I hate that stupid kiosk, takes way longer than in person. Waited 15 then they finally called our number then she said things were missing and took it back. How do you send it out without checking? No one looked in charge. We finally just left and took our $30 loss. Went next door to Wendy’s and had our food in less than 2 min. McDonald’s is hiring from the bottom of the barrel and it shows. I’ll never go back!!!!

We got Sausage biscuit with egg instead of the bacon biscuit with egg which is what we ordered and ordered a sausage McMuffin and got a egg on it and ice coffee was a bit off

Food hard and overcooked . when I called about it , I was so told they just came up but it’s very hard . I also work at McDonald’s and I can assure it only gets this way if it’s been sitting out .

Ignorant & slow, and don’t ever ask for a refund after waiting forever, apparently they don’t give refunds. Calling corporate!!!
A lifetime of free meals could not un-do the damage of what this location has shown me in both service and communication. Once I came there immediately after working a 12 hr night shift, before I continued to college at WGTC, and I had ordered 12 of the breakfast burritos 🌯 to share with my classmates. Upon paying they had asked me to pull up to the first parking, and they would bring the order out to the car. So of course being exhausted, I pulled up, as instructed, cracked my windows about 4½ - 5 inches and proceeded to wait with my car in park and turned off. Unfortunately, after spending sometime waiting, I had dosed off 😪. When 2 hrs later I was awoke to paramedics taping on my windows asking if I was alright. Not only did they completely forget about my order, but didn't even have the curtesy to check on their customer themselves. How embarrassing, and how unorthodox. This is just one example of their poor customer service, communication, and devotion to their position. I no longer wish to eat/shop at an establishment such as this when Burger King has actual fresh food, MADE YOUR WAY. To be fair, I did go back, time, and time, and time again, always resulting with some form of an unpleasant experience to follow each visit. I tried, it does not seem like these things will change. Whether it's due to the location and staffing, or management, etc. My report is based on at least a 4 yr span if not longer. Thank you for not putting a smile on my face, so that maybe I can put a smile on someone else.

Ordered the cheeseburger bundle with 2 double cheeseburger on the side 3-13-25 drive thru I pay her a bag full of missing food and what I did get was not at all what we Ordered. How do you ppl continue to get food wrong. One thing they don't get wrong is making us pay for it I got 1 fry, supposed to be 2. One double cheese supposed to be 2 and 2 regular cheeseburger and got 1. Ppl don't pay attention and really don't pay attention to how it's special Ordered. Manager/ owner should pay attention too.
